My Kornorge model A9 arrived quickly and in good condition. Putting it together was simple. I use mine for a mode of transportation when RV traveling. I was able to lift it but as most e-bikes it is fairly heavy compared to a regular bicycle. I found it easy to ride and it went plenty fast for what I was using it for. It held a good charge, and if you're using the pedal assist mode you can get longer use of the battery. After about 7 months mine threw an error code and after troubleshooting via company tech support we were unable to determine the issue. Kornorge offered to replace the bike under warranty. I was satisfied with the bike, the price, and that the company backed up their product. ... show more

My wife and I are first time e-bikers and 70. We were looking for folding e-bikes that would be easy to travel with and easy to use. The A9 fit the bill perfectly.     • Great beninner EBike some hiccups during assembly
At 1st I was very disappointed, after figuring out how to put this bike together I ran into some power problems. Let's start with the assembly of the bike. Not the best directions, I found myself flipping tires and redoing some parts. Vague instruction, never telling you to assemble the pedals. Overall it's not a hard assembly, but can save people from aggravation if they included more detailed directions. Even the video I found on YouTube wasn't that detailed with no audio. I found myself constantly pausing the video. I wish I could just let it play with audio. Kinda annoying. So now I got it all put together, I was charging the bike which power cell is located in the seat stem. I'm finally ready to power it on. NO POWER. you can imagine how frustrated I was. Went back to he vague instructions for no help. Looked up on Google and YouTube. No luck. I started contacting Amazon upset. Thinking I got a dud. As I'm chatting with Amazon. They are suggesting I send the bike back. I didn't want to do that. Shoot I want to ride! I had already tried all the suggestive trouble shooting. I then took it upon myself to unravel the plastic spiral holding the cords together leading to the two sides of the handle bars. Low and behold! Whalaaa. The problem. Two connections had come undone I assume during shipment. I connected the 2 and it powered on just fine. I chose to write this long review because Amazon wasn't very helpful for trouble shooting this 3rd party seller. Now for performance review. So far I took it on a 3 mile bike trail. Battery charged fairly quickly. About 3 hours but hadn't been on empty so could take longer on E. Goes fairly fast. It has pedal assist or you can choose higest level and just push the button and cruise. No shocks so seat gets uncomfortable on long rides. I wouldn't recommend it for off road. At least not long distance. Overall performance has met my expectations. It folds easily making it simple to fit into a smaller vehicle. I'm currently just going to look into a more comfortable seat so that I can continue taking long rides comfortably. Overall, good bike! Especially for the price. This is the hardest bike I e ever put together. I would not order this if you have other choices. Then it gets all hooked up, the darn thing doesn’t run. We’ve been thru every trouble shooter It’s a piece of junk. Buy something. Else

I’ve owned many, many bikes, including electrics, but this is my first foldable. Setup was intuitive and easy if you’ve ever assembled a bike, and the tutorial video here on the Amazon listing (scroll through the product pictures) is helpful too. Battery came fully charged and I was out on a family ride within an hour. It feels solid, looks good (given it’s a foldable), and the motor, while not super powerful, gets the job done.     • Small Bike, Only holds small weight amount
Assembly of the Bike is difficult and the bike is small. It only holds a smaller person. The weight limit for the bike is not very much, Like 165 lbs. So Not for everyone! The Tires are not very large and it is not super rugged. I woud say this is a good bike for younger kids or elderly people. I am going to give it to my mother who is older and has been wanting to try an electric bike and see if she likes it. ... show more

Really good bike gets me to work everyday. So far it’s working great I did end up getting a flat tire the second day I had gotten it but it was easily fixed. The only thing I dislike is that at night the little screen is really really Bright and it’s in your face which makes it hard when riding. I have to cover it with my hand every time. Another thing is that I really wished it would’ve came with water splash protection it’s hard to find some because all of them are just for normal riding bike. But other than that it’s a really buy definitely worth it. ... show more
