    • Good, some flaws that should be addresed
Was looking for a small(ish) 4K video recorder that is stealthy that I could put in my shirt pocket while walking. Most of the body cams are just too big and obvious for my needs. Most of these small recorders are kind of cheaply made and a bit funky, options are limited for 4K as well. The camera was less than $60 so I took a chance on it. It is a bit "funky" but does work relatively well with some caveats. The Good: - Video quality is pretty decent The not So great: - Menu's use "Chinglish" which makes understanding them a bit difficult in some cases - Can't Mute the audio swoosh that occurs when you turn the unit on and off (not very stealth). There are menu volume options but they don't affect this. - Breaks video into a maximum (configurable) 10min sections. Not a problem but not clear from documentation. - Battery life is ok but not great. I think if you run continuously it dies in about 2 hours. - There is no real support link for Q/As, firmware upgrades. What you get is what it is. Documentation is pretty bad and worthless. Overall it is kind of OK, but hoping better options come on the market. ... show more

This camera is pretty awesome for the price. I use it as a dash cam on my motorcycle because of its low profile, adjustable lense and ease of mounting to the dash of my fairing. I keep it connected and it turns on each time I start the bike, so it'scharging continuously. However, if used as a dash cam you must turn on recording manually each time you power the camera up. Also, it is not water proof, and as far as I can tell, not water resistant. That said, don't forget to either cover it or remove it during wet rides. I would recommend for bikers, but, like I said, don't forget to hit "record" when you fire it up. Mick ... show more

Very easy to use and retrieve data from. Run time seems to be as advertised and maybe a little better. It has good picture quality. Like the camera fiture that allows 180° of camera rotation.

The body camera only has a 10-minute loop. I wanted a camera with a longer recording time. It is being returned.
