I received my KONDOR BLUE on Tuesday, even though the carrier logged it as delivered on Monday. The product was not insight. I don't know if KONDOR support made it happen. However, the product showed up in my mailbox the next day. Was it an error of the carrier? Unknown, what I do know is KONDOR Customer Service responds to its customers first. Attention to the customer first makes the cost insignificant. What stands out is the quality of the cable, so far it works as described. Fourteen inches is a great length. The cable works perfectly. I originally thought there was an issue with this cable. Turns out it was the battery I had it plugged into. While I was diagnosing where the problem was, I contacted Kondor Blue customer service. They were fantastic. We exchanged a couple of emails and they offered to exchange it for free. I later realized it was another company's battery that was at fault. That company has not responded to my last email. I wish Kondor Blue sold batteries ;) ... show more

What can be said about a power cable? Does it deliver power when plugged in? Yep. The only concern I have is how much slop there is in the Weipu connector while plugged into the BMPCC4K power jack. It seems to have a lot of play, but doesn't seem to affect power delivery. This slop may be more due to the jack Blackmagic uses in their camera than the cable. ... show more

Don't forget when you want to remove it just pull the metal end up before you pull out. The product works great; this is my main power cord for My Juice box battery on the B.M. 4K . Great little wire!

First of all, it's a cable. Not a lot to it. However, the thing works. It's nice and sturdy, not flimsy, and the connector fits nice into the power port of the P4k. I use it all the time and love it.
