$450 toilet that doesn’t come with a seat! Had to order a seat for another $52!! It is pictured with a seat, I didn’t realize that I had to order a seat separately after it arrived and I scrolled thru the specs and it notes “ seat not included”!!

We shopped around for a nice looking toilet. As the side is visible, we wanted a smooth looking toilet. We saw skirted ones, but the plumbers recommended against them. Then we found Kohler's website that has search filters for three different trapway types: concealed, exposed and skirted. When we clicked on concealed trapways, six different toilet models come up, one of which is the Highline two-piece floor mount chair height toilets. We found just what we were looking for! We ordered this Highline from Amazon. It was delivered in two boxes. We also bought the seat separately, which is fully disclosed on the Amazon site. After patiently waiting for almost three weeks for the plumbers to install it, the plumbers came and installed it today. When they were done, they called us to look at it. We discovered that the Amazon Highline toilet does not have a concealed trapway , it is an exposed trapway toilet, the look that we did not want! We just paid a lot of money to install a toilet that we do not want. No where is there a disclosure that this Highline toilet does not have a concealed trapway. Ugh! ... show more
