If trying to decide between this small one with more questions and the bigger one with less, this one hands down. It actually takes less time to fill out and answers come easily and has more variety. This book got a far better response from the person. It helps them a lot on hard days.

I bought this gift for a nine year old boy that I work with. I regularly tell him how awesome he is, because he is the absolutely coolest kid I've ever met. I felt that for his birthday, I would let him in on why I think he's so awesome, and this book perfectly fit the bill. I spent a lot of time carefully thinking of clever or nostalgic lines to write in the book; I even typed up all 50 reasons and my responses on my computer so I could think each one one over. When I surprised him with the book on his birthday, he had a smile ear to ear while reading every entry; it even made his mom cry (happy tears of course). Oh, how I love this Love Journal. I purchased three for Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. These are little books that contain fill in the blank to describe the person receiv8ng the book. The journal has a statement, and you fill it in to represent what you want to say about that person. Most of the statements have awesome in it, and I find that repetitious, but my grandchildren will love it. This is a very personal gift for you to give. May grandchildren have such beautiful traits, and this is one way to show them with words what you think of their amazing selves. Some examples of the statements are: 1.     • Fun but it gets old
This is a really cute, inexpensive way to give a personalized gift to someone. The person I gave it to really liked it and was touched. But answering all the questions was extremely tedious and got old really quick. I had a lot of fun filling in the first few pages but by the 12th question, it got a little tiring. Some of questions are great, others are a little lame. But overall, it was awesome. Also, yes, the book is extremely small. But it's the prefect size for its purpose, if it was any bigger, it would feel like you were writing 50 essays about the person!
