If trying to decide between this small one with more questions and the bigger one with less, this one hands down. It actually takes less time to fill out and answers come easily and has more variety. This book got a far better response from the person. It helps them a lot on hard days.

This makes for a great gift for someone special. I ordered this to give to my husband for his birthday and it was a huge hit. I filled all the pages over the course of a month with glittery gel pens. My only complaint is that the items in the book begin to feel a bit repetitive after a while so coming up with 50 things became somewhat difficult. Definitely worth it though. ... show more
