    • Don't buy it if you're a woman on the smaller side and not really muscular
My roommate is all bruised and battered up because of this bike. She weighs 120lbs and has a lot of trouble maneuvering it through doors, elevators, hallways... pretty much everywhere. It doesn't help that we ordered the male version of the bike but we did so because the battery was enclosed and much higher off the ground away from the flooding here in Houston. Anyway, man she looks terrible each passing week coming home with new bruises, scraped, ripped jeans. She used to use a regular bike but because her commute got 8 miles longer we got her this bike. Now she's getting beat up. I'm not sure this is a great bike for a smaller woman. She's not a crazy person driving 30mph but when you're being thrown from the bike and that male frame is in the way it makes for gnarly accidents. She's had the bike fall of her and crush her ankle after wiping out. The bike is super heavy so you're not just going to jump right back up. I am much bigger than my roommate and also have trouble moving it inside elevators, through doors. Just to fold it in half or take out the battery is a chore I do not look forward to. We actually thought being able to fold it would be super convenient but it's a pita. Yes it'll fit in the car trunk and that's great but we never realized how big the tires were, how heavy it weighed... She also tells me that when on the city streets the pedals will clip the city curb and next thing she knows the whole bike pulls her down. Be careful out there if you're on the smaller side. You need muscles for this thing. Get a smaller bike! All that being said I like the bike myself and think it's actually very nice. ... show more

I’m not the type to leave bad reviews but this is a unique case…. Yes this is a folding bike but if you plan to store folded, expect this bike to require a lot of space. For example if you live in a 1 bedroom or studio apartment, it is going to take up more space than a traditional bike. The frame is exceptionally heavy compared to other ebikes. Pedaling without the pedal assist mode is really difficult. Lord help you if you run out of battery and have to rely on leg strength to get to your destination. Seller will not take the bike back if it has more than 10 miles on the odometer, meaning there’s no way to test the advertised battery range and still return. Even then you have to cover all return shipping costs and they will only refund 60% of the bikes value. If you do try to return it, expect to be offered $50 credit to keep the bike along with a suggestion to either sell or give the bike to a family member or friend. ... show more

The bike is great but when I bought it said I was getting a Fender and a rear rack when I set it up I was missing both I was looking forward for everything in the package but overall the bike was everything I was expecting didn’t disappoint but if I had everything I’ll give it a 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Read another review about same exact problem. Ordered with fender and rack and never received it. Seller is responsive but not willing to honor the original sale. Buyer be warned if you are buying with accessories. The ebike however seems to be a very good product.
