  • Where is the quality control for my $200+?
I got a new concept for Knew Concepts... overhaul your production processes and implement an effective QC program. The saw functions well, blade is tight and it performs as it should. The fit and finish of the saw is rather poor for a $200+ tool. The attachment of the handle is done poorly and it’s material leaves something to be desired. The rivets connecting the truss to the saw frame are formed poorly and off-center. The frame its self needs a good deburring, as there is some dross and pips left over from what I assume was a laser CNC process. I would not waste my money on the titanium version. After the first blade change the gold knurled knob broke free from the set screw that it was blue thread locked to. What a joke. ... show more

  • The best possible 5” saw for making jewelry
This Knew Concepts titanium saw has surpassed my expectations. Sawing intricate patterns in sheet metal is challenging and this saw gives me great results. That means less filing and, so far, no broken blades.

  • Great saw
Rate features don't apply to a fret saw. I use the saw to waste dovetails.

  • Costly but effective
Works great! It costs alot but it delivers. If you sand the ends of the blade and install it there will be no problems with the blade coming out.
