Makes the gas smell like candy and pleasant and not as harsh. The exhaust smells like bananas. What more could you ask for? How about superior film strength and a great color to indicate that your fuel is mixed. Not only that, I believe this stuff is biodegradable too since it’s from refined castor beans. My bike runs cooler with this stuff because of the film strength and has very good throttle response. Yes I understand the issue with more build up and oily exhaust and may not preform like the most expensive synthetics out there , but I much rather replace a spark plug and clean my exhaust more and decarbonize the head than rebuild and replace an engine more frequently. The old g’s used this and it was excellent for them. I will continue to follow in their footsteps and trust in KLOTZ ... show more

I was an avid user of BeNOL (Bean Oil at the time) when I was racing motocross. It was the best oil on the market in my opinion, not to mention the signature smell! Just for fun, I decided to add this to the gas of my RX-7. The rotary engine operates similar to a 2-stroke engine and the engine has an oil injection from crankcase oil into the rotor housings for lubrication. The really is no need to add oil to the fuel, so my mix is in the ratio of around 200:1. I get a little added protection in the rotors, but I get the smell!!! Being that I don't need to add much, it's well worth the money just for fun. If you have a motorcycle that needs a pre-mix, USE THIS!!! ... show more

Used Klotz in all of my race two strokes since the mid 70's. Works great, smells great. Never had an oil related failure, and those things were screaming 15-16k rpm all the time. Cylinder walls never showed signs of significant wear when we would install new rings 2-3 times a season. Now I build high power scooter engines that are spinning the same rpm and putting out 18+ hp (on a 70cc), absolutely will not use any other oil in my smokers! ... show more

I used to run this stuff when I raced motocross. I absolutely love the smell and now that I'm an old fart I only use it in my weed whacker, chainsaws and leaf blowers. The smell takes me back to the good old days. It works great in warm temps but in cold weather I would not use as it does not mix as well as other two stroke oils. It will gum up small engines more then other synthetic oils if the engines are not run at a high rpm. ... show more

Sure brings back memories... now running the weed-eater makes my mind wander back to my younger days of picking sand burrs out of my clothes after a good dirt bike ride on an overly hot summer vacation day ... show more

Benol is a very thick premix oil not intended for power valved 2 strokes. So literally most modern 2 strokes. Not that you can’t run it it’ll just gum up the power valve. I ran it in older 2 stroke bikes and quads. Smells good!

Separates in 70° weather about ruined my quad from this stuff. I don’t know if they sent me a bottle that was old or it was stored in -20° weather but it will not mix in with the fuel. And yes I mixed it correctly 32:1 shook it up real good it did not sit went right into the tank.
