We bought this chair as an investment piece for our family. My Oldest son was having foot surgery and would be non ambulatory for at least 3 weeks. During the summer when we had vacation plans. My son is 6’2” and 260lbs he is a big guy and this chair got him everywhere he needed to go amusement parks, festivals, and even on a cave tour! It is slower on tall grass and it is a bit slower to respond when reversing or turning but it turns tight and is fantastic on paved surfaces. Our only issue is that it is a bit heavy for one person to lift and we’re always concerned about the control breaking if we lay it on the right side for transport so we do cushion it with a blanket if we have to lay it on its side. I’m looking forward to using this chair for my future knee replacements and for my elderly parents when they visit. ... show more

I suffer with vertigo and back issues and am always afraid of falling. This chair I'd awesome. Thank you so much, The only issue I have is although it only weights 70 pounds it is still too heavy for us to get into car. We had to buy a carrier for back of car. Ordered two chairs, one is great and the other is completely falling apart! Footplates are broken, joystick controller broken, the brackets for the footplates on both sides are broken.. poorly designed, cheap parts.. we’ve only had it 7 weeks and there is only a 30 return policy. Save a little longer and get a more expensive or better reviewed product! ... show more

I went to put the legs on and the latch on bothe sides started to break. I tried to fix woth super glue and within a few weeks they completely broke off. This is my only means of transportation and i have to try to hold my legs off the ground. Everything else is wonderful.

After reviewing many other chairs on Amazon and so many options. This chair well designed and I don't believe can be beat at this price point. The charging method is good allowing you to plug in right at the controller. I have not run the battery down fully yet, lots of battery life. I wish the battery were easily replaceable. The speed controller is a little wonky sometimes and could use improvement. This chair is NOT all terrain as indicated. It has trouble going sideways on grades like my driveway, up and down the driveway works good. Going sideways across the grade causes issues for the speed controller. It pops and creaks a bit so I am a little worried about longevity of the wheel bearings and such. However I do not think that I have made a poor purchase here. Improvements could be made but this is definitely worth the money and the manufacturer should be proud. Anybody see the warranty for this? Or where to get replacement parts? ... show more

It broke and can not use my power chair that I bought just last JAN. 2024 I need an L bracket to be able to screw on the power/joystick to the power chair. please let me know what and how to get one or 2 in case it happens again.
