These chairs are beautiful, sturdy, comfortable, perfect size for my table, and make the dining room. Putting the first chair together was a bit of an experiment. The instructions say to place the center bolt of the seat to the back 1st. Just say no. Put in the side bolts 1st and then the center bolt. Leave them slightly loose so you can even the seat out, then lock them down. After that everything is gravy. Once you get the hang of it, you can put each chair together in about 25mins. I will say that I put the back and seat together on the floor. I flipped the chair over and put the seat side on my table with the back hanging down, and put the legs on was simple. We purchased 8. Shipping was great! Quality was impressive for the cost. The size is perfect. I was worried about the size with ordering online, but they hold 300 lbs, are very sturdy and comfortable with lots of room! The color is like the photos . I sprayed them with stain protection due to kids and dogs and they look beautiful. I put them together myself and it was an easy task! The screw quality is wonderful. Beautiful chairs that look high quality. However 5 out of the 6 chairs I purchased had legs too short. So they are wobbly. One chair is extremely wobbly with a leg about 2”-3” shorter than the others. For the price I think some chair levelers will do the trick and fix this problem. I still think they are worth the price. A bit of a pain to put together and a drill was needed since holes weren’t entirely aligned properly. Overall happy with the purchase though. Update: very comfortable chairs and they are pretty sturdy. Levels fixed the legs that were a little too short. I still stand by they are definitely worth the price. I am disappointed with how this chair arrived. Within the first week of purchasing it, I stored the box indoors, but had to throw it away due to it being dirty and soggy from a rainy day, which also came dented, impacting some of the chairs. I ordered six chairs, but four of them arrived broken. Despite the attractive color, it's impossible to enjoy when you can't even sit on it due to the damage. The screw measurements were completely inaccurate, making assembly and disassembly a frustrating ordeal. The seller's response to my concerns has been equally disappointing. When I attempted to arrange a return, they initially agreed despite my lack of the original box. However, when I tried to return the chairs through FedEx, I was informed that I needed to purchase a new box and pay for shipping. The cost quoted for boxes alone was exorbitant, potentially amounting to over $175 for six boxes, which was completely impractical. Furthermore, the seller's suggestion to obtain boxes from a local store and then reimbursing me for the shipping costs upon refund is not a satisfactory solution. This process has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the seller has not provided a viable resolution or shown any willingness to accommodate the return properly. Overall, this purchase has been a waste of time and money. I regret buying these chairs and cannot recommend them to anyone considering a purchase. The combination of poor product quality, inaccurate measurements, uncomfortable, and unhelpful customer service makes this an experience I would rather forget. They came 5 days late, they look nice, they are a little small and materials are just OK the sippers under the seats are very cheap 2 of them came broken but they are not visible.
