  • GAME CHANGER
Size: Comfort Head Strap
When I initially invested in my VR set, the immersive experience was unparalleled, but I soon encountered a significant drawback: discomfort. The weight of the VR set felt burdensome, constantly pulling down on my skin, leading to an uncomfortable and tiring experience, especially during extended use. That's when I came across this accessory, and it has genuinely been a game-changer for my VR sessions. Firstly, the primary benefit I noticed immediately was the alleviation of the weight from my face. This accessory redistributes the weight effectively, ensuring that the pressure isn't concentrated on specific areas, thereby reducing strain and fatigue. The result is a more comfortable and enjoyable VR experience, allowing me to immerse myself in the virtual world for extended periods without discomfort. Another noteworthy feature is its adjustable design. Recognizing that comfort is subjective and varies from user to user, the adjustability ensures a customizable fit tailored to individual preferences. Whether you prefer a snug fit or a slightly looser feel, the adjustable elements allow for personalized comfort, enhancing the overall user experience. For those who own the Meta VR set, I cannot recommend this accessory enough. It's not just an add-on; it's an essential companion that enhances comfort and usability significantly. The combination of redistributing weight and adjustable features transforms the VR experience, making it more accessible and enjoyable for prolonged periods. In summary, if you own a Meta VR set and have been grappling with discomfort, this accessory is a must-have. It addresses the primary concerns of weight distribution and adjustability, ensuring that you can indulge in your favorite VR activities for hours on end without compromising on comfort. It has certainly elevated my VR experience, and I have no doubt it will do the same for others seeking a more comfortable and immersive journey into the virtual realm. ... show more

  • Fits very nicely - good quality
Size: Comfort Head Strap
Much better than the previous headset strap I had purchased. Fits perfectly and is snug, comfortable and easy to put on the headset. Well made too!

  • If you get a quest 2 this should be the first accessory you buy.
Size: Comfort Head Strap
When I first got my Quest 2 headset the straps that came with it gave me headaches every time I played and severely limited my play time unless I was feeling stubborn enough to deal with the pain. It'd be a safe bet after 2-3 hours of play (basically nothing for me), and sometimes much less than that, I'd have a pretty severe headache for the rest of the day. I installed this strap setup and the headaches are pretty much entirely gone. I've played for at least one full charge every day since I got this product and played for ~12 hours (including a charge break) the day before writing this review and the difference is beyond night and day. The worst thing I've experienced is occasionally a hair might get tugged but that has happened maybe once or twice so far. The strap and back pad are nice and soft. The adjustment is easy and doesn't change with gameplay (unlike the original strap) unless you change it yourself. The adjustment is controlled by a dial on the plastic section behind the back pad and clicks when tightening. The up and down pivot ability is also helping to keep the lenses cleaner too since as advertised you put it straight on then lower the strap setup rather than sliding it all down over your face and hair. Installation was very easy too. The worst part for me was the visor removal but that's just because I always do things like that slowly and deliberately to help make sure I don't break anything. It's really simple and easy to get it done. It's also making the use of a link cable easier as the side portions are flexible plastic allowing much better use of my cable's provided retention strap. There is no pressure at all on the sides of your head and the back pad cradles the back of your head in it's soft foam while the top strap sits like the original but is also made of that same foam. The artificial leather covering the foam it also very soft and smooth. The whole thing is significantly more comfortable and it does a significantly better job of distributing pressure without making you feel like your head is going to pop. It also adds a little weight to the back of your head giving a bit of counterbalance the old elastic straps couldn't provide. I've mostly played Hotdogs, Horseshoes, & Hand Grenades (which is an absolutely fantastic game btw) and some Pavlov since I got it and tend to be quick and aggressive with movements including turning. Provided it's properly adjusted it doesn't move. Still have to try Blade & Sorcery with it but I have no doubt it'll do every bit as well with that too. The only real issue I can think of is if you bend down too far and it's loose enough there's a risk of it falling off. Just don't try to look between your legs and keep it properly adjusted and you should be good lol. I'd rather deal with this minor risk than the relentless pressure of the original straps any day. This product made my Quest 2 much more playable and fun. Do yourself a favor and ditch the elastic straps your headset likely came with and buy one of these today. ... show more

  • Just what I was looking for
Size: Comfort Head Strap
I bought this because because the skimpy little strap that the Quest 2 ships with is woefully insufficient to comfortably secure a device of any weight, and kept giving me headaches. This head strap is exactly what I was hoping it would be. It pulls the head set firmly over your face and evenly distributes the pressure around the eye guard comfortably, preventing that feeling of the device sagging. The soft padding on the rear piece and top strap are very appreciated as well, they feel quite nice. I had some concerns about how well the dial on the back would work, but it seems to work perfectly fine, pleasant little clicks and everything. SHORT VERSION: If the factory head strap is giving you a headache, this is the head strap you want. If you're fine with the factory head strap, you should probably get this anyway because it's way better. ... show more

  • Exceptional comfort, Lacking audio
Size: Comfort Head Strap with Audio
Far comfier than meta's official comfort strap. The ability to easily use your glasses is game changing. Audio is serviceable but lacks bass and is a bit tinny with some sounds. However I'm coming from sony's pulse headset so some audio loss is to be expected. The thing that upsets me the most is that it doesnt fit in met's carrycase but I still have the original comfort strap for travel. But it more than makes up for it with its comfort. Even large motions or looking down doesnt move the headset from the "sweet spot" for your eyes. ... show more

  • Great head strap, comfortable, great audio
Size: Comfort Head Strap with Audio
This head strap is well worth the price. It's much more comfortable that the default Quest 2 head strap, I can play for hours longer. The speakers are great quality, and being on-ear is helpful for allowing you to still hear things around you, not to mention they're more comfortable than wearing regular headphones over a head strap. ... show more
