I bought a Quest 3 over the Holidays and it has changed my life. Another story. This item? The KIWI design Charging Dock is such a great piece of kit. It nicely displays my Quest and controllers, while also keeping my headset charged! The magnetic-tip USB-C connector is such amazing design. When I lay my headset back on this stand, the charging cable just auto-snaps into place and the headset begins charging. This item just seems like one of those 'must have' Quest 3 accessories. Affordable, great looking, wonderfully functional, and a true user convenience. This is a must-have accessory. Design evolution suggestion: add a small battery cup that can hold 2-4 AA batteries for the controllers. That would be a very cool user-friendly add-on to this otherwise great work of industrial design. ... show more

    • Awesome Charging Dock
Update: Just about six weeks after receiving these docking stations one quite charging. It's out of the 30 day window to return, so that's not an option. Thought it might be due to the fact that the battery on the headset was below 5% when I docked it, but I tried charging the headset at 45% and 54% battery charge remaining. I dock it and the charging light comes on, but the next morning there is no green light indicating charged. As a matter of fact there is no charging light on at all. I've tried it 5 different times, but no success. I just use it as a stand now and plug OEM charging cable directly into the headset. What a bummer, cause I've really gotten to like KIWI products. I purchase two of these KIWI docking stations, one for my Meta Quest 3 headset and my wife's. Just to note, both headsets have been retrofitted with the KIWI comfort head strap. They were very professionally packaged and I had them put together within 15 minutes. I really like the split magnetic charging connection between the docking station and the headset. The short piece can stay with the headset as you use it and the long piece stays with the dock. Once you are done using the headset, you just clean/sanitize the headset and place in on the charging dock. The two magnets automatically come together and the headset starts charging. You place your controllers in the slots on each side of the dock, making everything look very organized. The RGB lights are a cool added feature. Since I had installed the KIWI comfort head straps on the Quest 3's, I can't speak to how well the Meta Quest 3 will rest on the docking station with the original OEM head strap. But if you have the KIWI comfort head strap, you won't be disappointed. ... show more

My son is always leaving his oculus around the house. I bought this to keep him organized and it works. It was super easy to put together. It is ascetically pleasing and works as expected.

    • Charging stopped working w/update
**updated They reached out to rectify the charging issue quickly. New part works great and customer service was fantastic. As a stand, it's great. I love the design. The wireless charging stopped working. I went to use my oculus and it was dead. The wireless connection is not working. The lights showing charging are not, either. I have to plug my headset directly into the wall charger. I checked all connections and multiple power sources. There is an issue with the actual stand. It's a nice stand. But a really Poor charger. I like everything about this stand, it looks great, it feels solid. The charging can be picky sometimes but as long as the magnetic connector makes good contact, everything should work fine

    • It's great but... Having issues after 2 months
So I've been using this stand since I got my Quest 3 headset. I loved it from the moment I opened the box. It looks amazing. I've used it everyday! However, recently my headset doesn't love it. It keeps disconnecting from the charge. I left my headset charging so I could jump back in for a quick VR game before running to work and my headset was dead. The magnet is wonky, I have to keep readjusting my headset to get it to start charging. And even then, I'm met with multiple reconnecting sounds until it finally decides to settle down. I'm very disappointed. I'm no longer within my return window which is sad. ... show more

Fast shipping, nice quality. I like the vertical stand take up less space on my desk. Nice choice of light colors while charging. Works only with the Kiwi SPC comfort head strap.

    • Love this for more reasons than one.
My son loves this thing. It works as described and is very sturdy. And for all you dad's out there, I finally I don't have to keep picking my boy's $400 VR and the controllers up off the floor. So not feeling the need to throw all of out the window into the yard everyday is a lovely bonus.
