I am disabled and have to keep a lot of equipment and other things next to my bed. I bought this shoe organizer to put between my bed and the wall. It was a perfect fit. Easy to put together. The metal poles are a nice plus. Was extremely easy to put together without needing any special equipment. Even though it does come with a small wooden mallet to tap everything together. I like the fact of the woven plastic fabric shelving. Because I don't have to worry about anything falling through. And they're easy to clean if there is a spill. Actually debating on buying more of these and using them to go down my wall to put in more extra storage. In my situation I needed to take an anchor it to my wall. As my cat has decided that the top shelf is a cat hammock. It was extremely easy to secure to the wall by taking two command strip hooks placing them where they needed to be and pressing them to the wall. This was extremely valuable for the money. For $40 it’s a pretty good shoe rack than can hold plenty of shoes. $40 lasted me a good 7 months with before i’ve become annoyed. The downside is the quality. it is made of plastic and fabric and the rods that go into the support system of the shoe rack come out easily. nonetheless this is a great option for you if you will never move it. With every inch you move one rod will come off which causes a domino effect with the rest. ... show more

It took about 15 minutes with 2 people because the first step was tedious. It stands straight up and sturdy for shoes. The spaces are small enough for probably only shoes but heals all of my two teens shoes and then some space for some extra shoes as well. Fits either two pairs of shoes or one shoe box. The height is good. I wouldn’t use it for much else but shoes and maybe something like a football or baseball helmet or bat but it looks great and makes my garage look much better will consider buying another if I need it ... show more

We bought two of these in April, and have since, as of this week, expanding our shoe sales area. We run a thrift store that sells goods for local kids scholarships to trade schools. We have no issues at all with the first two we bought, and we just got two more. They are sturdy, well made, and hold a LOT of shoes. We use them in the store, and many pairs of shoes have been on them. They still look new. We have a total of 4 large units now, and are very happy with the quality of this product. This product was mediocre; however, functional. It doesn’t stay together well so wherever you want, I encourage you to build it in that location. The Bad: shipping was late. The unit came 2 days later than it was supposed to. The mallet head fell off so I had to grab a hammer. The Neutral: the material that the shoes rest on is not hard/solid. Some of my shoes kept falling because of it, but for some shoes, the flexibility helped the shoe to fit. Slightly wobbly, but I don’t plan to move it much or is it for anything other than shoe storage. The Good: Easy to assemble. It took me less than 40 minutes to build. I wear a woman’s size 11, and I was able to fit 48 pairs of shoes on the unit. It looks a lot better than I thought it would. The hooks are ņot really necessary, but by I ended up hanging my belts on the side. I don’t have that many, so it works. Overall, I’m very happy with the unit! I’m working on a fixer upper and this inspired me to make a dressing room! ... show more

I was worried about the quality of this item when I ordered it because it was so affordable, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was easy to assemble, although it was VERY tedious and took about 30 min. I set mine up as 3 different shoe racks so they could fit below my clothes in a smaller walk-in closet.
