Very light! I used this in a laminated floor. It needs to be secured with a double edge tape or else it will keep on moving with constant traffic.

These kitchen mats are beautiful and keep the floor clean especially, under the dog bowls. They also wash and dry very easily. You can spot clean them and they have a nice rubber backing, non slip. I would like another larger one for my back door.
