This kids’ appliance set is really cute. All of the battery operated pieces work, though a couple fall apart easily if handled. The blender in particular is more difficult to reassemble. The toaster aggressively pops the toast so that the pieces shoot out of the toaster. You will need to insert a total of 9 batteries (not included) for all of the pieces to run. ... show more

These are cute and I love that they all do something, even tho the battery situation is crazy. They are smaller than I thought they would be, so maybe better for a 2-3 yr old, but ages 5 and up I think they may be too small for them to have fun with.

The Kids Kitchen Appliances Toy really are cute. These items were smaller than I expected but they do perform in a big way. The set comes with 2 plates, 2 spoons, 2 cups, 2 coffee cups, 2 coffee spoons, 2 pieces of toast, a toaster, a blender, a mixer and a coffee maker. The blender actually works. My daughter and I made a milk shake by placing milk and ice cream into the blender. My daughter enjoyed using the working mixer to help with dinner. She used it to mix some sauces for me. The toster pops the toast out. All the appliances make sounds which are really loud for the sizes. Each appliance requires 2 AAA batteries which are not included.     • Much smaller than expected but cute!
I originally ordered this for my 5 year old granddaughter, however it is much smaller than I was expecting. So, I gave it to my friends 2 year old daughter & she loves it. The pieces actually make noises. Batteries not included. Excellent quality set, but more for a 2-3 year old. Would recommend.

Ordered this for my 8-year-old daughter and she absolutely loved this set! You will need a small screwdriver and several AA batteries. Once setup the toys come alive and are so cute! She played with them for hours on the first day. Very giftable and durable. Definitely recommend!
