    • Beautiful Kitchen! Except for..
This kitchen is beyond beautiful! My daughter is in love with it! The color schemes and the noise features are amazing! The only 3 issues I had was: #1 - The packaging: The package from the inside was great, except for the packaging on the OUTSIDE. The box came broken and the tape was already falling off ready to open the package. I don’t understand why use a regular tape instead of duct tape for the outside packaging? The box weighs a lot, and coming in a small box it will break and loss the regular tape grip. I was so afraid that the assembly came broken on how the box looked. But I am so lucky it didn’t. Word of advice, please do better on the outside packaging. #2 - The directions: The directions is straightforward and very organized which I love BUT there was steps in there that was pointless in doing until you finished the others step first. It just got in the way of everything when I could’ve simply waited until the second to the last step. Also, the small board on the bottom and the top of the kitchen could have been better. They could have placed it for use to screw it in, instead of using this wooden stick. It’s so unsteady and wobbly.. As well for the screws they used for the sink, I had to switch to the smaller screws to ensure the sink was tight and not wobbly.. Lastly the oven turners, if you tighten the screw, the oven turners won’t turn at all and make that clicking sound. So what I did was loosen up the screws a little for it to turn and for my daughter to hear the clicking noises #3- The Microwave: The microwave doesn’t close enough for it to click the bottom on the sounding feature that came with it. Everything is assembled correctly it just doesn’t reach the bottom for the sounding feature to work. So I had to figure something out. I am rolling up a ball of tape and tape it there so when I close the microwave it will allow the sound feature to work ... show more

    • Microwave door doesn’t stay shut
This Kitchen was simple to put together, just very time consuming (39 steps-29 kitchen pieces) Well organized though and my husband and I really appreciated that; first thing we ever built together without fighting and it was late when we built it.l! We love the look and sturdiness to it also. Only complaint is the microwave won’t stay shut, so the Start-Stop option barely works. I’m pretty sure I’ll figure something out to get it to work properly. All in all, my husband and I really like the product for the price and can truly see our toddler spending a lot of time with it. Not many other kitchens out there have battery operated appliances that make noise unless you get a plastic one. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The instructions are very clear. Give yourself a few hours. I used a drill for most of the screws. The top piece was a little tricky to complete. The holes were off. We removed the dowels and just screwed in place. The microwave only lights up no sound as it was stated in description. This kuchen uses triple A batteries for the pretend water dispenser and microwave light. I added remote lights and added a 3 cube storage unit with L brackets for additional height along with a strap to anchor to the wall. My grandson is 7 and loves to play chef. This made it the perfect height since most play kitchen are shorter. I would say it’s a little expensive but well worth the smiles and time off video games. ... show more

I bought this fine kitchen set for my granddaughter for Christmas. It took a good friend and I 4 hours and 10 minutes to put together although my help was more along the lines of reading each step clearly and directing! It was pretty easy to do but required 41 steps to be followed precisely. The last two steps were inserting batteries! LOL I like the tray containing all the screws, dowels etc because they were packaged in such a way it was easy to see which ones the directions were referring to. Everything works perfectly. The doors open and close easily, the ice dispenser sounds like a water dispenser, and the microwave beeps sound exactly like my own! The stove knobs click satisfyingly. I believe she will love this! Oh yes, another reason I bought this piece is that it's taller than anything else I could find and this little girl is tall! :) Highly recommend! ... show more

We got this kitchen for my daughter’s third birthday. She loves it! I love that the microwave has a light and actually beeps. But when we opened the box everything practically came broken. There was no holes to put the screws in and the buttons for the microwave fell out the second we took it out of the box. If it wasn’t for my boyfriend who built it and fixed everything she wouldn’t have it right now. He also had to drill his own holes to assemble it. Other than that it’s great. ... show more

I have purchased a total of 3 (just ordered another one today). For my Grandchildren. 1 is here at my home (for the 2 girls), 1 is at my daughters's home for her son and just ordered another one for my other daughter for HER son. The boys loved the one here so much, we had to get them 1 for their own space at home. I also ordered the dishes in the dish drain, the Joykin plastic food, the mixer, toaster and blender and other items I pick up from other local stores here in town. They all have tables also. BUT to see their faces when they see their kitchens, is the BEST feeling!! It's sturdy..its HEAVY. Its a nice height, the microwave REALLY lights up and dings. The refridge sounds as if water is really coming out. The stove knobs really click and the chalkboard is a nice touch too. AND it comes w/pots too!! A purchase that was SOOOO WORTH it. They'll outgrow it, but they wont outgrow the memories. SO WORTH THE COST. I have a play room at my home that they love! ... show more
