This product shipped and arrived fast, and is simple to hookup and get started ! Within minutes of unpacking and cleaning off the tape and packaging I simply plugged it in and turned it on, filled up the water reservoir and it was making ice! The media could not be loaded. Update: Stopped working by the summer. This Kismile Countertop Ice Maker Machine works great and fits perfectly without other appliances. Its compact design does not take up much countertop space. It makes about 8-9 cubes of ice approximately every 10 minutes and repeats the cycle until the water is used up. It takes 3 bottle of water to fill up just below the water max level. It is very simple to use. My only issue with the machine is, I wish it was a little more quiet however, I am not annoyed by this. I have already recommended this machine to a few of my friends and some of my family members. This ice making machine would be GREAT for your bar area, mancave, countertop, an RV, a dorm room or anywhere ice is needed. I am VERY pleased with my purchase. ... show more
