I got this controller because 1. I like cute things and 2. my hands are small. For size reference, I use the Logitech G300s mouse, and the regular pro controllers (and xbox controllers) are too big for me. The controller is made of a lighter weight plastic, but it's not so flimsy that it would break with regular game play, and is weighted on the grips so it doesn't feel like you're going to drop the controller while playing. The texture is kind of a softer silky feeling plastic and is very comfortable for me. The button and joystick positioning is a bit off from the normal joycons in their grips so it does take some getting used to but I think that is the case with any controllers. Buttons and joystick feels smooth and steady and has been working well so far. Lights and design is super cute, you can change the light mode between breathing (gently dimming) or just on all the time. It works on the PC both wireless and wired, I have tested it and use it with steam games. For wireless, you need bluetooth on your computer (my desktop does not have this so I only use wired with the desktop, but bluetooth connection works great with my laptop). Just connect it from your bluetooth devices menu like you would with any other device. For wired, just plug it in with the cord it came with (if you're using a different cord, just try it with another cord because it won't work with some of the cords I have at home) and it should be plug and play. You may need to play around with settings to get the button mapping correct, and enable switch pro controller support within steam settings. Works well on the switch obviously, and remember to use the audio jack it does need to be in wired mode. Would 100% buy other controllers of this brand in different designs in the future. ... show more

So cute!! I have small hands so I was looking for a smaller controller and this is perfect for me. Makes it so much easier to play. Pretty good battery life. Definitely would be perfect for kids, too. It’s very light so if you like bigger controllers with a little bit of weight to them, this isn’t for you. ... show more

***Update November 27th *** After they were made aware of the problem they reached out and I'm happy to say not only really quick to reach out to resolve the problem we were able to have it taken care of right away. They replaced the non-working controller with a new one. It was delivered within days and so far it works great! She let it charge overnight and is using it as we speak. Very happy with the customer service and product! I got this for my daughter's birthday in September. She absolutely loved it and had taken great care of it. She kept it charged. She would place it somewhere where there was no way of it getting knocked down or falling. It was never thrown, and it's never fallen. Last night, it stopped working for absolutely no reason. It won't turn on, and you can't even tell if it has any charge left. We let it charge all night last night and this morning and even now when I took the pictures and it's not showing that it's charging, it's not showing that it is charged, and again, it won't turn on. It was great for the month or so that it lasted, but I don't know if I would like this specific controller again. Definitely not worth the money when it only lasts for a month and you've been taking immaculate care of it. ... show more

This controller is absolutely amazing. Very comfy for my smaller hands and not as awkward as the basic switch joycon holder. Love the features it has and the cord is sturdy for charging. However, the battery seemed to die completely after less than a year, which was a bit upsetting. I contacted support and Steven was so helpful, quickly getting me a replacement sent once I described what was going on and the steps I took to ensure it was the controller itself, not the cord, dirt, or any ports (I'm tech savvy so I know how to do basic troubleshooting 101 to determine what an issue is). I saw some others complaining about the quality and I will say the quality is not on par with a pro controller, but it is as good as any other 3rd party controller I’ve used. I got this for my daughter. The controller is very cute, and best enjoyed by small hands. So, for those with larger hands, this might not be the most comfortable, because of even the buttons are small! I think people with small hands or children would love this in particular. Alas, the controller became had an issue, and it wouldn't charge and only let her play while it was plugged in. Luckily, the company's customer support was very helpful! My daughter emailed them and was able to get a response very quickly and should be able to get a replacement soon! Technically I should rate it as a 4.5, since she had that controller issue, but it got solved so I'll round up and give it a five. ... show more
