I have probably purchase and returned about 50 ladders; was hesitant about this one, because of the price, finally I pulled the trigger! I got the 2step, was inpressed by how light it was vs many I have purchase. I am extremley picky about things going with my decor and even though is going to be put away out of site, I wanted to look good when it was being used. I gave it 4 stars, because of the freaking sticker righ in front of the ladder :( I have used everything you can think to get rid of the glue residue to no avail. I own 3 variables size of the well known brand heavy duty aluminum ladders. Love how steady and safe they are, and the different configurations I can get. The only drawback is that they are too heavy to be moved around. I was skeptical about its steadiness for its weight and thinness. But I am very pleasantly surprised. The only minor uncertainty I have is the hard plastic bar on the top. It has a little give at the corner connections. I didn’t try to take it apart to seek the cause. If it is just a cosmetic plastic cover over a aluminum bar, then I would not worry about it. It does not seem to affect the steadiness of the ladder. ... show more
