This bed is huge! I mean it's a Queen size bed but the appearance when all put together is impressive. All the drawers make lots of room for whatever you want to store in them. The headboard looks very massive and the extra two drawers are very useful. I'm currently storing all my sheets plus extra pillows from both of my bedrooms in the drawers and still have couple of empty ones (there is 8 drawers is total in different sizes). I chose this bed mainly because of the design and the storage space. Yes, I still think it is expensive as for a piece of furniture that you have to build on your own, but once finished assembling it really looks nice. Feels solid and durable. It came in 4 heavy packages containing wooden and metal pieces inside. Kudos to the delivery person who delivered all the boxes into my door, and my apartment is located on second floor. I must say I underestimated my apartment space because to have it assembled you really need a lot of room to work on it. For that reason it took me several hours and quite logistic to put the bed together. The whole manual though was very clear and using even basic tools the process itself wasn't that difficult. Pay attention to the details especially when assembling drawers in order for them to work properly. Once assembled, there is no way this bed can be removed through any door, so it's better to keep all pieces of the manual. And it's built the way that can be dismantle if ready to move out. ... show more

I needed a queen size bed frame for my spare bedroom. This is sturdy and well made. Directions are easy to follow and did not take long to assemble. Now I am ready for company to come and feel comfortable. I like the compartments on the headboard. I added a lamp and a few pictures along with a clock. I love the drawers because guests can unpack and have a place to put their clothes. This bed leaves much needed space in my guest room with all the extra compartments. I also used the drawers to store an extra set of sheets and pillow cases. I was thinking about buying a dresser but with all this storage, it makes it easier so I decided that I did not need to. The wood frame is absolutely Beautiful. Family has come to see & are so impressed that they also want this bed frame for their home. The company reached out to me, which I was very impressed just to see if I had any questions and to make sure everything was delivered and on time. Everything was delivered fast and on time.
