This is the second greenhouse I got from King bird, the first one is plastic, already lasted three years and still doing great. One day I found that they have a new upgraded polycarbonate one and it’s been a great addition to our backyard. Here’s my experience: Pros: So far, this greenhouse really impressed us. The frame is sturdy enough, and the panels let in plenty of sunlight, creating a cozy space for our plants. At 8x6 feet, it’s the perfect size—not too large, but with plenty of room for my wife’s favorite veggies. Assembly: The assembly was straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow. My wife and I were able to put it together in an evening, and it really didn’t take much experience or a lot of tools. Some of the pieces are a bit long, so having a second set of hands helped a lot, but overall it was manageable. The materials are lightweight, but everything seems to hold up well. One thing we did was leave the protective film on the panels until it was completely assembled, this prevented any scratches. Final Thoughts: If you’re looking for a budget-friendly greenhouse, this is a fantastic choice. It’s affordable, sturdy enough, and makes a great entry-level greenhouse.     • Absolutely amazing greenhouse
Look, theres a lot of polycarbonate greenhouse options out there. I've tried a few myself. But look no further, this is the one you want. Unlike other kits, King Bird's comes with absolutely clear instructions on assembly. None of the worse-than-Ikea nonsense you have to decipher. The steps are laid out very straightforward, and it was very easy to follow. On top of that, the greenhouse frame connects together quite easily, which made assembly much more efficient and easier. I recommend having 2 people build it together, and you can get it done in about 2 hours time. The frame itself is made of aluminum, and feels quite sturdy. I haven't felt it shake or wobble, even with the occasional gust hitting it. Truly a beefy build, and I'm honestly pretty impressed with it. Some of my other greenhouses don't inspire anywhere as much confidence I grow mainly cacti (Astrophytum and Ariocarpus), and they have been absolutely THRIVING in the greenhouse. The light transmission is extremely bright, but still blocks most of the UV. The days of using shade cloth are gone, it feels amazing being able to give my plants the bright light they need. Between the roof vent and a fan blowing, temperatures stay well within comfortable levels (I'm here in sunny California). In summary, I think this is the best polycarbonate greenhouse on the market. King bird has really tailored a product that is catered towards the owner having a good growing experience, and I'm impressed. ... show more
