I’m not the most handy person but I assembled this bed myself in about 3 hrs.. The directions were very clear and easy to understand. I loved that I could make the headboard higher or lower, I opted for the higher slots. The lights were super easy to put on- no adhesive, it’s all Velcro! My daughter loves the look of this bed and especially the app that can be used to control the colors and effects. It also comes with an awesome remote if you didn’t want to use the app.. I assembled this by myself and I would not recommend. Two people needed to balance the pieces to put together. And would make process much faster. Took me about 2-3 hours. Instructions were clear. I love this bed frame, it’s so fun with the lights

Wasn’t too hard to assemble, took about 2 hours. It looks like the picture to me and the LED lights have velcro so you don’t need to worry about them falling off. Super cute bed and good quality
