We finally opted to swap out the queen-sized bed and upgraded to a King-sized bed. This frame was fairly easy to assemble (together). It is holding up great. This is a sturdy fame and good value, good quality, and a good price! Very happy with the decision to purchase this frame. My only warning or recommendation to a potential buyer is to look into getting some protectors for the legs that support the bed. We did right after we got the frame. Easy as pie to put together. Sturdy. Great instructions, parts well labeled. Easy to attach wooden headboard/footboard with self-tapping screws. Overall I like it. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of options for platform bed frames that allow for a headboard/footboard attachment. I didn’t want to have to have a box spring because it would have made the bed too tall for a toddler. Pros: -Seems sturdy -Can attach headboard & footboard if desired (Bolts for headboard/footboard not included) -Good height for under-bed storage, but not too tall for a toddler to climb in and out of. Cons: -Mattress can get wedged between slat and frame at the foot of the bed sometimes. -Longer bolts may be needed for attachment of headboard/footboard. Assembly: -It was fairly easy to put together -The instructions made sense. -The parts were labeled & easily identifiable. -The hardware was packaged separately by instructional step which I found useful because it alleviated my normal second-guessing and double checking that I was using the right screws in the right places. -2 tools were included which was all that was needed for assembly. -One set of screws / bolts was more difficult to attach due to tight spacing. The media could not be loaded. Very impressed with this extra long bed frame! 45 minutes to put together, but it was simple with the tools they gave me. It’s very sturdy and was easy to assemble.
