We bought a tuft and needle about 6 years ago directly from their company, but then we moved and donated it. We were SOOO sad cause it was the best bed. We took a change on the Kin Tuft and Needle cause it wasn’t the same as our old one. We absolutely LOVE IT. We add a pillow mattress topper to it and it is soooo very comfortable. 100% recommend and you can’t go wrong with the 100 day sleep warranty ... show more

I can't speak to pain relief since neither my daughter or son have issues. However, they are both runners and side sleepers. My daughter's mattress arrived first- she was so happy with how quickly it expanded and slept on it the first night. She said it was the best sleep in a long time. I ordered one for my son and for some reason it didn't expand as quickly and did not sleep on it until the second night. In the end- same mattress but one took a little longer to fully expand.
