This is very well made, good design and comes with an extra attachment just in the event your waist goes up in size or is a little larger than you thought. Love the design of this product. The only thing I would say is that I wished they had it available in the XXS I bought the XS because the XXS was not available. Apart from that, it's well made and worth the price. It's not bulky when you put it on under your clothing and the material is really comfortable. It's just a nice product and I recommend it. If you Have a round tummy you are going to have to work out some to flatten it or you are going to spill over and under this thing which is not the look that you want. i have a long torso and it’s been so difficult finding a waist trainer that will actually sit on my ribs down to my hips, and it fits and hugs me perfectly. i got a size small but i wish i got an extra small cause for it to feel like it’s doing anything, i have to set it on the second row of clips, leaving me with only 2 rows left before i reach max train. the extension is basically useless for me and i know ill have to size down again but i would totally buy this one when i do. id say if you’re normally a medium, get an extra small because the extension is very helpful if you have the right size for your progress ... show more
