I dont write many reviews but I felt this item was worth it! I've always had back issues, due to growing to fast so my stomach pokes out due to how my spinal cord is. I gained 100lbs while pregnant with my son that I've been struggling to loose. He is now 5. Obviously my stomach is much larger now. Picking him up at 50lbs also isn't good for my back. When I first started wearing this 4 days ago, I could barely fit into the last clasp. Now I'm in the second to last clasp and could even do the 3rd but I'll wait a week for that. My stomach is visibly smaller. I saw reviews before purchasing that said it curbs appetite and is good for posture. I must agree. I've been fasting and don't feel hungry while wearing it, I feel I have more energy and my back doesn't hurt as much. My posture is much better. So glad I bought this and wish I bought it sooner. I’m 168lbs and 5’3 I gained relationship weight and it’s been hard to lose it. But, I bought this cause I needed a new waist trainer and I usually stick to a medium but I got a small because I wanted a tighter fit. Let me tell you , it literally sucked me in really well. I was scared at first because it didn’t fit but then I noticed it came with an extended piece which I had to use. But it’s great. I’m post op tummy tuck and this definitely provides the compression and support i was looking for. it’s a good thing they provide the extra extender though because i’m a size 2-4 and a small was too tight to button without the extender. Feels like quality fabric, for the price i’m very pleased.

I have had multiple corsets and waist trainers and I really like this one. The bands help you to stay flat in the front of the stomach and make you look more curvy. Only thing is it could be longer but still one of my favs.

This turned to dress. I was kind of unsure about into a dress that I was super confident in. In the dress I'm wearing in the attached picture... Before wearing this. It barely fit and you could kind of see the curves of my stomach in a way that was really unflattering. Once I put this on the dress fit way easier and overall just looked way more polished. I didn't have to worry at all about any curves I didn't want showing up in pictures. Obviously it's not super comfortable since it's a shapewear garment. This is just ok. The boning is not firm. I do realize it is spiral so it is meant to move, but it still overs very little if any support. It feels like the elastic is the only thing that offers support. It comes with an extender. I didn't use it though. my waist is 39.5 and I ordered an XXL and I wear it on the middle hook or second to the last hook when I feel skinny, haha! I guess for $20 it is ok. I have bought more expensive ones and the boning is more supportive . So I guess this is a good starter. Oh and I don't know that I would call it long I am 5 foot nothing it fits me under my bra to where my hip none ends. So for a regular sized person I would say it isn't long. ... show more

I love it!! I am 5’3” 142 lbs. I bought a size small. I wore it today for the first time with the included extender on its first row ( to make it as large as it can go) . I feel could move the hooks to next row comfortably and the goal is to eventually not use the extender at all. It’s very quality made. The material is flexible but still has structure with the boning. I wore it all day while out hiking. Never once felt uncomfortable. I felt I looked fit and had a flat belly with no weird bulging. I wore a tight fitting shirt and I don’t think anyone would be able to tell I was wearing it. For the first time in a very long time I actually felt dare I say “sexy” today. I’m excited to see what kind of results I get after wearing it over time. I definitely recommend buying you won’t be disappointed at least that’s my personal opinion. :) ... show more

I got the small first, it was pretty big and i followed the sizing, I ordered the xsmall and still barely compressed dont feel much change my waist looks the same as always, honestly not a very good product for small sizes
