They were very easy to charge, came completely assembled, all you had to do was add 2 triple A batteries to the remote controller. It paired exactly as instructed, no problems. The bumper car is a very good product. Easy to operate and my grandson loves it. Unfortunately the left hand joystick stopped functioning correctly. I contacted ONEBIG OUTLET customer service department and spoke to Cassandra. I sent her a short video of the malfunction and within a few hours she replied stating that they would be sending me a replacement, at no cost to me. That is what I call customer service. It was really nice for my toddler for Christmas. My niece got a similar one and hers actually had different speeds. This one goes 1 set speed, but it’s appropriate for a toddler.
