This product was used to research and test construction of an "Alpha Tent" with a mil-spec poncho. 112-inch length of assembled tent pole was specific length needed for project research and testing. Break down length of poles are packable at 15 inches. Assembled flexibility is sufficient for purpose of project. However, a stiffer tent pole is desired for field use. Used this to make a tent over my daughters bed. Draped a full sized sheet over it and attached with binder clips. Easy peasy and helps keep her warmer in the winter. We plan on putting a pair of fans in for the summer to circulate the air.
