So disappointed. All it does is turn on. The screen moves. And it’s cute on the outside. That is it, that is all. No apps work and none download and nothing happens when you tap to access any app. It just opens and then disappears. I’ve tried over and over all day long. Ordered this around the end of August for my daughters 3rd birthday, she loves it. It holds up well when dropped and haven't had many issues until recently, both handles have broken off. Now the main issue is it wont stay on unless plugged it, if you unplug it it shuts off and won't come back on until it's plugged back into the charger even if it says at 100% it won't stay on. Otherwise it's a great starter you can choose time limits on the kids app or just let them play on it without the app and not worry about them getting onto something they shouldn't have. ... show more

Git tablet for my 2 year old and she doesn't want to use it cause it's slow it glitches and it takes so long get to where need to go downloads take forever our internet is great just these tablets she loves YouTube kids however had to sit til got cramp in my neck just to get it set up and I've been waiting oof little minute for it to pop up still anytime try go to setting it clicks right back out to home screen may be worse tablets ever gotten could of just went to walmart ... show more
