    • Screen broke under the protector

First, I must say before you put on the screen protector makes sure you take off the film that is on the screen. I almost put the screen protector right on top. it is very hard to see and take off. Then, I must say that the customer service is great! I bought this gift for my 6 year old son for Christmas. It only lasted 2 weeks before the screen broke. I contacted the email that is on the frequently asked questions that is inside the box (instruction manual) and at first they said that the screen wasn't covered due to drops and what-not and offered me 50% refund. I asked for them to reconsider and explained to them that it only lasted about 2 weeks and that the tablet was unusable. The screen had broken under the protector. They shipped me a whole new one. The speed and responsiveness are exactly what I would expect for a tablet at this price bracket. That is to say it's actually pretty good. Battery life is also what should be expected. What I did not expect was such a fragile screen from a tablet marketed as a "children's tablet", especially considering it comes with a screen protector. I was not expecting Gorilla Glass quality, like what you would find on modern day smartphones. However, this was the result of a very, very minor fall (under a foot), with the screen protector installed, AND the rubber cover on. Overall, I think it's a pretty decent tablet for the price, but I believe it either needs stronger glass, or a more robust rubber case. ... show more

This tablet is actually the second one that I bought from this brand. The screen size is perfect for the kids to be able to play their games and watch their shows. The quality of the tablet is great and I was pleasantly surprised by the functionality and price of the tablet. I did not notice any freezing or any speed issues, which is why I purchased a second tablet from this company. The bright pink is my kids favorite color, which is definitely a plus. Edit July 11, 2024: I did end up purchasing it a second time. My son broke it. Cracked the screen pretty badly. But the Asurion warranty was definitely worth it and they refunded the full price literally the day I shipped it off so I could get a new one. Second works just as good as the first. (And anyone downing the battery life, just turn the brightness down. Full brightness, it'll go for like 4 hours. Turn it down to like 40% and it'll go all day. This is an 8000mah which is over double most of the children's tablets that are under $100) THE MOST IMPORTANT PART of this review is that both myself and my son's father purchased this tablet so he could have one for both of his homes. Dad's didn't work. It wouldn't connect to the internet no matter what he tried. He returned it and got another only to face the same problem a second time. He ended up going with a different tablet because he was so frustrated. The one I bought works perfectly but it's worth knowing. He didn't have any issues with returns or refunds so all in all, it wasn't a huge deal, just a hassle. I got my toddler this tablet for Christmas. It's his first tablet but I realized after I bought it that it's the same one I bought my nephew for his birthday last year only bigger. The 7 inch is still going strong almost a year later. Pros: Excellent battery life. It will stream videos for over 12 hours cumulative before it dies. Love that. Great picture and sound(though sometimes when you try to turn the volume up, it turns up notification sound which makes you think it's not working). Parental controls and kids apps are nice but not a huge plus because they can be downloaded to any tablet. It's really everything you want an android device. Cons: My biggest complaint is the case. It's soft silicone and there's no support for the ring on the back so it feels very flimsy. Even worse, they sell no other cases for it so I couldn't even buy a better one. The charger. The one it came with works great but it's a super short cord. I thought, no biggie, I have a million USB-C cables. But no. It literally only works with the kinds that snap in. Luckily, those are my favorite kinds so I did already have a few or else I'd be very irritated. It came with a ton of apps no child could want or need but they weren't the variety you can't uninstall so it's fine. All in all, this tablet is perfect for the price. This tablet has a big screen and alot of built in options as seen on description. It is a bit heavy but very durable with a nice rubber case with stand. The color is nice and bright. Only thing is the volume is not that high. If it is quiet great but if you have noise around it may be too low.
