This product is age appropriate from 4-7 . I bought it as birthday presents for my kids and they love it. They took pictures and videos of themselves. They played dress up games on it and it has stories that you can choose to read or listen to. Alarm clock works great for school times, stop watch for timing activities. My daughter loves the phone. She plays the songs constantly. The twinkle twinkle little star sounds like the children are singing for kim jung un's entertainment. The landmarks are in english with a hard to understand chinese accent. The battery does last quite a while and it charges with a usb c which we already use for our phones. That makes it convenient. There is no internet so safety is not an issue. My three yr old now feels like she has a "real" phone and leaves mine alone. Overall its not bad for a 3 yr old. I doubt if much older than 5 a child would enjoy it as much. I removed one star because it easily got scratched after my daughter dropped it. It should be more durable if made for kids this age. The camera works but is not great quality. That is to be expected in a toy though. ... show more

I bought two of these phones for both of my daughters as a surprise for a cross country road trip. I opened one of them upon receiving and it worked perfectly fine, so I didn't consider opening the second one. I opened it the night before our road trip to find it had a bad scent and it wouldn't charge or turn on. The one that worked was so cute I didn't want to just leave a bad review and call it a day. I searched for the customer service email and wrote to them what had happened and requested they replace the dead phone and send it to the address that we'd be staying at across the country. They responded within 24 hrs and shipped the exact phone I ordered and we received it days before heading home. I opened it and it worked perfectly. I surprised my girls with them for the drive back home and they LOVE them. The stories, the games, the flashlight... they're very happy and I am very happy. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP! My son loved it says it's his iPhone 14 😁, it does things like a phone except for calling and texting, easy to use, good size, has books to read, chore reminders, it was a good value, would have liked more games, it looks fun, and seems safe, the screen broke easily so had to get a replacement

    • CHARGE WITH ITS CABLE!!!! IMPORTANT

so YOU HAVE TO CHARGE THIS with the CABLE IT CAME WITH. It’s the same USB C cable we have for many other devices. I hooked it up to different ones and it would NOT TURN ON. We even refunded one and Amazon sent us another. So that one was not working either !! I said last resort let’s try with the cable it came with. It turned on as it was charging ! So now we are keeping both and I expect Amazon to charge us for the one that was going to be returned in 30 days. When I was in the refund process, it said if the toy isn’t shipped before 30 days that Amazon will charge for that toy. Keeping both! CHARGE WITH THE CABLE IT COMES WITH. DONT BE LIKE ME. Honestly have not tried the phone yet. Leaving 5 stars for now. If there are problems, I will edit later ... show more

My daughter is obsessed with this phone. It’s cute, durable, and small. She enjoys the camera and the stickers that you can add onto the photos, listening to the songs, recording random things, and playing a few of the games. The downfall is that there’s only 2 songs.. hearing the same song over & over again is annoying. It keeps her entertained and she feels like a “big kid” when she carries it around. ... show more
