I got this scooter for my 3 year old daughter for a Christmas present. It is perfect! She had no trouble figuring out how to ride it, and my 2 year old son was even able to jump on and try it. Bought this in October while doing some early Christmas shopping. On Christmas, when we went to put it together, the handlebar piece was not connecting into the body of the scooter as manual said it would - the red release piece wasn't going into the hole. The Amazon return window was closed, so I reached out directly to the manufacturer through their website. They got back to me the next day asking for my address so that they could ship me another one. I was not expecting to hear back from them so quickly as I had reached out to them on Christmas. Overall, I'm very happy with the customer service of this company! The scooter itself looks like it will be very durable and sturdy once we're able to use it. My 3 year old is excited for it too. Rated 3 stars for "easy to assemble" because it's straightforward on what needs to be done, but the pieces just weren't lining up correctly.
