I bought this ATV for my sons birthday. It is heavy and durable. It didn't take too much time to assemble and set up. Instructions are super simple and easy to follow. It comes with all the parts and tools to assemble. There aren't too many pieces of hardware to install, just follow the manual instructions. This ATV is a 4 Wheeler and has a nice color green and black. It is stylish. It can be driven forward and reverse. Best is it can connect to Bluetooth and play music with bright fancy headlights. kids can sit and drive. The speed is fast, for kids do need an Adult supervision when riding. Battery life is also good kids can ride for almost a day without charging. Highly recommended good quality and entertaining pckage for kids with big size seat and music. Bought this for my son’s 4th birthday. After only 2 hours of use, started having issues with it. The reverse doesn’t work at all and the pedal will sometimes stop working. When that happens, we have to turn it off then, back on to get the pedal to work. Contacted customer service and was told they would be sending a replacement piece on 5/21/24. I reached out to check the status on 5/29/24 since we hadn’t received it yet. On 5/30/24, was told that it was delayed due to the parts being out of stock. Which is fine. However, it would have been nice to have been made aware of this on 5/21 when I was told a replacement piece was being shipped out that day. But, instead I had to reach out and find out 9 days later after not receiving it to find this out. They sent the replacement piece on 5/30/24. However, FedEx has now lost the package somewhere in a different state which is not the company’s fault. However, now they want me to continue to wait a few additional days to see if it’ll show up before they try sending out another replacement piece. It’ll be 3 weeks on Tuesday (6/11/24) that I have been waiting for this replacement part. The return deadline is 6/15 so good chance I won’t receive the replacement before then. I’d go ahead and return it but, since it at least still goes forward and it’ll cost A LOT to ship back, we’re gonna be stuck with this defective ATV. If I ever receive the replacement piece and it works, I’ll update my review and stars later. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This kid's car is heavy and durable. It is straightforward and didn't take too much time to assemble and set up. It comes with all the parts and tools except a Phillips screwdriver. There aren't too many pieces of hardware to install; just simply follow the manual instructions. This ATV 4 Wheeler has a nice color mix of green and black, and the design is stylish. It’s also easy to operate by pushing the buttons and hitting the accelerator. It can drive forward and backward. Moreover, it can connect to Bluetooth and play music. Even has bright headlights. My kids can sit and drive without issues. For safety reasons, kids do need helmets and pads. This item was a wonderful battery life ! I was worried about the installation but it was super quick and the material is robust ! The battery when it came in gave us a ride if almost 55 mins ! Charging is easy and I aa so happy to see the beautiful headlights on it. I connected the Bluetooth to play the graduation song for my kiddo and he was so so happy riding this ! I am extremely disappointed with this kids' ATV. Within the first week, the battery stopped holding a charge, rendering it useless. The assembly instructions were poorly written, making it difficult to put together. Additionally, the plastic parts feel cheap and flimsy, and the overall construction does not seem safe for children. I expected much better quality for the price.
