With no prior experience in plumbing other than flushing a toilet my Gen-Z granddaughter installed this with very limited supervision. The directions are precise and concise too. The design of the mount is pure genius and exceeded my expectations. This faucet replaced an expensive Moen touch faucet that ate batteries every 4-6 weeks causing it to run randomly. The mount design on the Moen had to be tightened ever so often. This Kicimpro Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer and its ingenious mounting design should not have this problem as it is now firmly anchored to our granite counter top. The build of the faucet is excellent and has been well thought out down to mounting the weight for the sprayer head. We really like the feature of being able to turn off and on the water while using the sprayer head. Nice feature. Pros: very simple install. If you can follow the pictures you can install this one. the mounting system is bullet proof and well thought out excellent build - parts are quality parts everything is marked - blue stripe for cold | red stripe for hot with a "hot water" tag placement of the sprayer weight is marked sprayer head control Cons: other than the issues of getting the old, malfunctioning Moen out of the sink, turning the water off and undoing the hoses it is really a stretch to find anything wrong with this Kicimpro Kitchen Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer. Summary: I bought this one after seeing its installation video as compared to one I had ordered from Walmart. The install video was what convinced me to go with this one. Great faucet. We are very happy with it. I bought it 6 months ago and over time it developed a dribble when switching from spray mode to normal flow mode (see attached picture). I emailed the manufacturer (support@kicimprohome.com) and attached a video of the dribble. Customer service (Wendy) replied in less than 24 hours and she said that since the faucet has a lifetime warranty she would send me a new sprayer head. She mailed it out the next day per the tracking number and I received it 3 days later. We exchanged emails several times and Wendy always replied with 24 hours. Excellent customer service!! UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW: After posting my original review of this product (below), the manufacturer contacted me and was eager to see what they could do to make things right. They offered to replace the original product or give me a refund. I asked if they had another model of faucet that would work better with my filtration system, but they did not. They gave me a refund in the form of an Amazon gift card. While this product was not a good match for my application, the product overall seems to be of good quality and came with flexible options for easy installation. Also, the manufacturer did come back to me and worked to resolve the situation the best they could. Therefore, I increased my star rating from 2 to 4. I bought this a while back, mainly because the style of it matched my new kitchen sink faucet, and because the price seemed reasonable. The listing states it can be used with "Reverse Osmosis and Water Filtration" systems. I have a water filtration system that worked perfectly with my old drinking water faucet, but a wanted a new one that matched the style and finish of my new sink and faucet. While it does match, the water flow is so strong that if you try to fill a cup or glass the water splashes out of it and all over the sink and counter. I contacted the manufacturer and, instead of being eager to help, they seemed to be skeptical about what I was reporting to them, and wanted me to take videos and send them to them. The overall tone of their response did not lead me to believe they truly wanted to help, but instead wanted me to jump through hoops before they would lift a finger to help. I was not impressed with their lack of interest in helping me with this problem. I rarely write reviews but I thought I would share one of my best buys. The faucet is made of good quality materials and the installation is very very easy. I was going to hire a handyman/plumber to install it but, after reading the instructions, I knew I could do it myself. Took about 20 minutes. [The only real work was removing the old faucet]. I have the faucet for 3 months already. It works very well. At installation time Customer service were vey helpful on troubleshooting ( I did not plug correctly) I like the sensor on the side so I don’t get accidental activation or deactivate when working on dishes
