  • LOTS of sensors
This set comes with lots of sensor modules - 37 - including RFID, UV, dot-matrix display, gas sensor. I'm particularly interested in the RFID tags and reader and the ultraviolet sensor. They provide a link to the documentation and code samples. There is quite a bit of documentation. I downloaded the MicroPython for Windows docs, and it is 324 pages! There are also docs available for Arduino C and MicroPython for Raspberry Pi (programming on the Pi itself). It walks you through getting all the necessary programs installed - PuTTY, WinSCP, IDE, ... The manual walks you through sample code for every one of the sensors, and includes schematics of what is on each sensor board, which I thought was a nice touch. It all seems very well thought-out and a good kit. The included Raspberry Pi Pico is VERY tiny - I had not seen one before, and was surprised by the small size of it. It comes with header pins on it, so you don't have to solder them yourself. It's ready to start using. ... show more

  • Good Set of Sensors
I've been working on some Home Automation projects for a while and wanted to start using my Raspberry Pis for such projects. This kit comes with a large assortment of sensors, buttons, lights and displays to give you a broad spectrum of possiblities. So far I've used the display to tell me the temp outside and moisture sensor to monitor if my sewer line backs up in my basement again.. Good for learning how the interaction of GPIO and sensor pins work and work on other boards besides the included one. ... show more

  • Great starter kit for Pico
This is amazing PICO kit .. Raspberry PICO is a very good and cost effective product for STEM learning and programming for children. This starter kit is a very good collection of sensors for children to learn to program with. The PICO IO Shield is very handy and is of very good quality you do not need a breadboard to connect to sensors which is easy for younger children. The documentation is also very good . ... show more

  • Can't Find Keyestudio Tutorials.
I searched on the Keyestudio Tutorials and they don't have any tutorials for the modules for the Raspberry Pi Pico. There are tone of tutorials for the Arduino and other brands, but nothing for Pi Pico. This might not be a problem for someone who already has experience with the Pico and programming, but I'm completely new to this and the selling point for me was that they stated there were tutorials. I'm sure this is a great kit, but it's useless to me for now. If there were tutorials for the 37 modules I would probably give this 5 stars. ... show more
