I really like the durability of the case, it provided protection well. The charging lasted long for the keyboard making it easy to use. The appearance is nice, I love the comfort. I’m not too fond of how the top can be quite too heavy when it’s opened but it can be quite stable. Also the knob that holds the iPad in place became loose after about 6 months and I contacted the company and they happily honored their one year warranty and replaced it for free! EDITED: I purchased this keyboard in December of 2020. By June of 2021 the hinge where the keyboard meets the iPad cracked which made the iPad flop over. I wrote the seller and was contacted IMMEDIATELY stating they were sending me a new one in the mail. It arrived in less than a week with no questions asked. This new keyboard I received is actually better then the first one I purchased because the space bar never worked quite right. This replacement is perfect. I would buy from them again for the quality service alone. Also, for my previous review on battery life. Now that I’ve used this for several months, I’ve only charged the battery twice. The battery life is great. Original Review: This is not an apple keyboard. If you remember the price difference then this is a good product. My only legit complaint would be that it's top heavy. The top where the ipad sits becomes so heavy with the ipad in it, that the keyboard is not heavy enough to stay flat by it's self unless the ipad is sitting completely upright. The touch sensitivity is not accurate, but from my research I did not expect it to be. And there is an easy way to turn the touch screen off so that's nice for me. The keys feel nice to type with. The back lit is lovely. It's easy to pair and understand the English translated instructions. I haven't had it long enough to know how the battery holds up. I like that it can flip around and lay flat. Although that feels a tad flimsy and I'm not sure how well that will hold up if my kids try to use it. Considering I wasn't willing to buy a more expensive brand, I knew this would not be the same quaility. So I am happy with my purchase. ... show more

UPDATE!! I found the seller’s contact information and sent them an email detailing the problem. They walked me through steps to try to solve it, and when none worked and I sent them a video of what was happening they had me order a new one and they would reimburse. At first I was sceptical that they would actually reimburse however their service was amazing and I just checked my bank account and the money was sitting in the account again! I love this keyboard… and now that I have one that works well, I am thrilled! Do not hesitate to order one, they really are a class act! This keyboard worked great, everything I was hoping for, I spend hours on the IPad and really needed a reliable keyboard for work. However I woke up this morning, 5 months after purchase and each time I tried to type something the keys typed something else! Space bar typed N, and the sentences didn’t make sens. Had to disconnect the keyboard totally and turn it off to even be able to bring up the iPad keyboard to be able to type this review! No idea what happened, I used it last night without issue, the keyboard wasn’t dropped, or damage, just went wonky? Kind of expensive for a 5 month usage I would say.     • ipad air 13” doesn’t fit *exactly*

this case is a beautiful color (dark purple) and very useful in how it folds and turns making it very flexible and comfortable to work with. however the power button and volume buttons are not the perfect fit. the power button is slightly too big but it’s not being held down by anything which is ok. and the volume buttons do not slide into the respective buttons in the case. i’ve tried using gravity to help but i don’t want to break anything, it just doesn’t fit perfectly. i’m not sure exactly where the misfit is, i’m suppose for this device the measurements would just need to be slightly altered. it’s not a big deal .. not as big as the price is for something not particularly tight but it is still very useful, nice quality, a bit weightier than i expected really and the lights on the keyboard actually don’t stay on the whole time you use it. it only stays on for about a minute so .. taking all that into account ... show more

I owned a soft case with magnetic keyboard for the iPad Pro 12.9. It was fine. However, due to heavy use the keys on the keyboard started to pop off. I would either snap them back in, or superglue them carefully in place. It was very tedious. I purchased this case, and my Lord...it's amazing! I love the rotating head on it. It allows me to show photos easily to clients without having to clumsily reposition the iPad. The keyboard is ALWAYS there and available. it is very well made and the keyboard "feels" like a more expensive unit. The battery life is astounding. Some say that the weight of the iPad knocks the unit over...I have NOT found that to be the case. At NORMAL viewing angles, the keyboard and case stay in place just fine. I love that the Apple Pencil has a real home on this unit. It also will charge. The more expensive unit I've seen on Facebook has a sleeve for the pencil on the side of the case. Two things I find wrong with this is: 1. Pencil doesn't charge...2. Pencil can be lost. This case has a "home" that the pencil snaps into. PLUS it allows the pencil to magnetically adhere to the iPad as intended. Virtually impossible to lose your pencil! Also, the comapany stands by it's product for one year. They are very quick to respond and quickly fix any issues you might encounter. In fact...I'm pretty certain that if you had a problem with this case after the year, that they would fix or replace it for you. You cannot get better than that. Not in this day and age....So, go ahead...just BUY IT!! ... show more
