I love the smell of the product but the bottle came with a broken pump. I didn’t have the energy to return, especially because it requires printing a shipping label and I’m lazy. The unfortunate thing about a broken pump is you have to untwist and get the product from the bottle. I always get too much and then my hair gets greasy. ... show more

The product was as described. It works well for softening damaged hair. The pump wouldn’t work correctly on the bottle, after pulling out the pump the “straw” piece of the pump was broken at the bottom and cracked about half way up the pump. I’ve notified the seller and working with them on a solution. Update: The seller has taken care of the broken pump. ... show more

I absolutely LOVE this product! I’ve been using it for about 2 years now, and it works like a charm! Yes, it is a little pricey but it’s worth it for softer, smoother, less damaged hair.
