It is very light and easy to use. It doesn't weigh down your hair, but it doesn't have a ton of control. If I use it as a prestyler it's almost like no product is there. When I add Kevin Murphy Night Rider it pairs better and then I have more control. I use it for a Pompador style. I have thin, baby fine hair. I have tried many hair products and have been disappointed in them all until I tried this. I gives my hair body without making it dull, stiff or sticky. I’ve used it several different ways. I’ve put it in untreated dry hair and then styled it with a blow dryer. I’ve put it in damp hair and then styled it with a blow dryer. I’ve put it on wet hair, let it dry and then styled it with a flat iron. I can sleep on my hair and style it with a flat iron the next day. It continues to make my hair look fuller and healthy. I love it. I have found that it doesn’t seem to wash out completely so I use a clarifying shampoo periodically.
