I was strict keto for 2 years and used a similar product during that time. I went off keto for 1 year and started backup this January! I was very disappointed to find out that the product I was using before was no longer being offered on Amazon, and I'm having difficulties finding it anywhere else as well. In my search for a suitable replacement I came across keto 2000, I like the fact that it is liquid, the previous product I was using was a powder that had to be mixed with water, I find the liquid to be much simpler to use! Oddly enough the flavor was almost identical to the product I was using before! It has a slight fruity flavor nothing strong or overpowering and nothing that your palate cannot handle. Keto 2000 got me through the keto flu, and keeps me on track! I went back to strict keto on January 7th, using keto 2000 from day one, by January 13th I had lost eight pounds, by January 20th I had lost an additional four. Keto 2000 suppresses my appetite, keeps my energy up, and helps me keep clear and focused. The other great benefit is it's liquid, so it is easy to throw the bottle in your purse or bring it with you wherever you are going! I know there are a lot of opinions on whether or not you need BHB salts when doing Keto, I have always used them, and through my keto journey I have lost 72 lb while using BHB salts. These drops taste great and really give me a boost of energy every day. I find they definitely suppress my appetite as well . I’ve been doing keto for over 3 years and lost over 100 pounds. These drops are a nice easy way to keep me in ketosis. Many people complain that the dropper doesn’t fill all the way, but I don’t believe it is supposed to. I just fill to where it stops and take 2 a day. Works great! ... show more

I was leery of how well this would work since I was already in ketosis. I tested with my ketones strip, and was dark pink. I took two dropper fulls as directed. It tasted well but very sweet. All I had for breakfast afterwards was egg and cheese omelet and two slices of regular bacon with water to drink. 2 hours later and I was COMPLETELY out of ketosis. I’m furious!!! ... show more

I've been on Keto for 6 months and have bought this twice. I really don't see or notice any difference when I'm taking it vs when I'm not. The taste is fine, pretty good actually. It's tart and I feel no need to add it to anything. Worth a shot but don't expect crazy results.

I ordered these because I've been keto for two weeks now and haven't been able to get into ketosis no matter how much I track my macros and hit my goals. I used them about an hour ago and a urine test shows I'm in ketosis now! I'm shocked! I'm going to test again before bed to see if I'm still there. I plan to take them first thing in the morning and around 3 pm every day. Really hope these help curb my appetite and jumpstart my weight loss! I will update! ... show more

So I've been using this product for over a week, but with that being said I also just started a strict Keto Diet. At the start my weight was 176 and it's now 7 days later I now weigh 173. ( Not a huge jump but it's a good start). These Keto drops taste Amazing ( if you like Lemonade) you will love the taste. Doesn't leave a gross aftertaste in your mouth either. I take one dropper full in the morning and then another dropper full before my dinner in the evening. As for energy, I can't really tell, I still get kinda drained in the afternoon but that could also be the fact that I have cut off my Red Bull drinks completely (which isn't a bad thing) -Yes I was a Red Bull Addict. It also really does suppress my appetite, which I really like. I'm not searching for snacks or feeling hungry throughout the day. Anyhow, like previous people have mentioned in their reviews the Dropper in the bottle does SUCK so if your patient and can deal with that just being the issue then give this stuff a try. Also some of the measurement print on the dropper does fade or rub off but still, for me, it wasn't a Deal Breaker. Personally, I'm glad I pulled the trigger and bought these drops, it is worth the shot. It's hard to say if my weight loss is really due to just the drops or if it's because I'm following the "Keto Rules" when eating. But, like I thought as I was reading the reviews, "Why not? I've tried the pills and shakes, what harm can these drops do?" So far, I'm not sorry I bought them. ... show more

I really enjoyed the ease of use and flavor of this product. I prefer to take it straight from the dropper, but it can also easily be added to drinks. I haven't kept track of how many uses in one bottle, but this is definitely an easier and more economically friendly alternative to powdered supplements. I have only used about half a bottle so far, but I plan to order again because I really believe this has helped me stay in ketosis, even when I am not strictly following my meal plans. Great to have on hand around the holidays! The only negative thing I can think of is that the dropper doesn't really fill all the way to the line making it inconvenient if you really want to track exactly how much you are using. ... show more

I accidently bought this unreturnable proreviews snymore duct. I saw keto drops abd assumed it was gummies. This product seems to make peopLe gain weight rather than lose. I don't trust Amazon reviews anymore.
