I am returning this because of the strap design. It is not that easy to use your free hand to clip the straps on an arm guard, so I want to be able to clip the straps once, adjust them and then be able to slip the guard on and off without unclipping the straps. To do this the straps need to be elastic but in this design only the very short piece that holds the buckle is elastic and does not stretch enough to enable it to be removed without unclipping. Also, it makes it hard to clip on because the long portion which you are pulling on with your free hand won't stretch. I will say that the guard is well made and I do like the buckles because they are smaller and less bulky that the typical 2 side pinch buckles. If they only made the straps elastic it would be great. ... show more

This is my third arm guard that I have bought and third time was definitely the charm! It's perfect! I got this for myself. I am 5'6 and it fits my food m arm perfectly and protects it the best! I am not the best at archery and I used to get these awful awful bruises on my left arm and with this arm guard.... No bruise! It's comfy because it is so light weight...I barely know that I have it on. And the price was just right! I liked it so much I got one for the hubby and he loves his a well! ... show more

the quality is far better than what I expected, given the affordable price. in general it's well-made and easy to use. can be a bit hard to adjust the size, esp. while you're wearing it (granted that's often the case w archery wrist protectors), but this one I found especially hard to adjust unless I remove it first. has a nice and easy to use snap system. light and comfortable to wear while still offering excellent protection from string slap. anyway, all in all I'm very happy with it and would definitely recommend it! ... show more

This is defintelya must have if you are doing archery. You can learn the hard way like me (talk about a gnarly bruise) or buy this. It's easy to adjust the straps so I use these to put it on and take off rather than the clips. Highly recommend this arm guard.
