This is a great ice shaver. It makes making snow cones and shaved ice desserts so much easier and quicker. The adjustable blade lets you choose between a finer shave and a "rougher" one. It also disassembles easily for storage and it doesn't take up much space at all. At the time I purchased this, it had a 20% coupon, so naturally I used it to save a some money. The media could not be loaded. I have had the ice shaver for about a month now. I use it every day, sometimes twice a day due to my ice cravings. I love it because the ice shavings come out soft and fluffy and it's not hard on my teeth. The reason I gave it a 4 star is because it comes with 2 Ice molds, but they are not that durable. 1 broke really fast and now I am down to only one. I wish they were more durable and didn't break so easy. I prefer the ice molds better than using ice cubes because sometimes the ice cubes throw out ice bits. Also, with the ice molds, you get more consistent fluffy shavings that melt in your mouth, not in your hands! As for the machine itself, I like the small and compact size. It fits really well on my counter top. It has been working really well for me too! I would definitely buy another. Wildly simple to use. We have done this with juices, sodas, and even milk (it's a fun addition to iced coffee, hot chocolate, etc). I will probably buy more cups so that I can have more frozen on hand for the household.
