LOVE this mirror! Initially ordered a mirror and sconce combined spent just over $400. Husband saw this mirror when traveling. Ordered it here and it’s hands down the best dollar spent. I love the sleek look. Love the ability to change brightness at the tap of the mirror. Love the nightlight feature. It’s already clean! Contractor had to lower the light box because of where I wanted it hung. Once that was done, the remaining hanging process was EASY. Screws included. The hardest part of installation was having to find the small slots for the screws but no worse than trying to find the hole on the back of a big wall clock. Keep in mind I installed it alone. Would’ve been a lot easier with a 2nd pair of hands. We are very pleased with this beautiful Mirror. Just make sure your power is located low enough. I had to move my light box down 15 inches or so to hide it and line up with the wires on the back. The defogger function puts out a lot of radiant heat. Almost enough to keep the bathroom warm but I wouldn’t suggest using it for that purpose. The touch pads are hard to respond to wet fingers. Just have to dry off a finger first. Lol. ... show more

Beautiful. My contractor installed it. He said overall it was easy to hardwire. Only tricky part was hanging it as the screws it came with were too flimsy. He bought bought new mounting for it & I love it. It added the finishing touch to my remodeled bathroom

I Love it. Just remember BOTH lights (on mirror) need to be BLUE to be turned off. Mirror will KEEP HEATING UP if u leave defrost on (white)

Love this mirror We had a master electrician wire it so I can not speak to installation. Upon opening the box when it arrived it was packed very well. After the mirror was installed We detected a flaw on thr bottom right side of the mirror. In the white border it appears to be missing a coating that looks like the light is coming through of missing coating. I have not contacted seller yet will update after i do. The mirror is beautifl defoger and dimmer light work wonderful. The seller was amazing a quick call to customer service at Amazon and they sent out a new mirror wright away. I ordered 2 mirrors from this manufacturer The one from Amazon was replaced before the return The other I had to send it back for a refund and order another mirror. Both mirrors are beautiful and do exactly as I wanted. I do agree it’s other reviews they will not light up an entire bathroom. ... show more

This mirror is the perfect size and I love the touch screen. That's all that I love though. Our bathroom took longer than originally expected, so after we ordered this mirror, we couldn't install it for over a month. By that time, the return window had closed, and I wish I checked it sooner. The bottom corner came cracked, so I'm going to put corner protectors to mask the imperfection. But the biggest problem is that the light is too dark. Yes it has a dimmer which is a great feature, but it just goes from dark to darker. There's no way I could do makeup with the light being that dim. Now we'll most likely need to buy a track light to hang above the mirror. That defeats the purpose since we bought this mirror to eliminate the need for seperate light fixtures. I haven't tried the defogger feature, but at this point it honestly doesn't matter how well that works since the mirror is already a big disappointment. ... show more
