I used only one of the two bowls in my small dog crate. I believe dogs need clear clean water available at any time of the day. Feeding can wait ‘til morning. The bowls appear to be stainless steel. They are lightweight and the hardware included to attach seems to be adequate. I placed the fastener just above one of the horizontal bars so that the weight would not allow it to slip downward. There were no instructions included but installation should be apparent. ... show more
