  • Everything a tire should be!
Size: 150/80HR16 (Rear)
Got this to replace the worn-out merzler 888 on my '06 Yamaha Roadliner, that had some BAD uneven wear...not sure if it was just a bad 888 or what, but it had worn thru to the belts in straps. So, wasn't keen on getting another 888. Stock tire size on roadliners are an oddball size and $$$ when you find them, so I went with a slightly lower profile( and substantially lower price ) tire here, and I'm LOVING this tire! Handles great, wear is great after 700 miles, stable as a rock...just a great tire. I've read that the Kendas use a harder rubber compound than other tire manufacturers for longevity (maybe, maybe not), but if it's true it doesn't seem to have any noticeable impact on grip. Now granted, this is an 800lb cruiser, not a sport bike, but for Myself it performs very well. I was expecting a little longer "break-in" period due to the harder compound, but 50-60mi later it's was nicely scrubbed and stable as a rock. I'd not hesitate to get another one when this one is worn out...it really is a GREAT price, and a GREAT tire! Well worth it, and I recommend Kenda tires to anybody who asks. ... show more

  • Great tire at a great price! Update
Size: 170/80H-15 (Rear)
Down here in Florida, we get a lot of rain this time of year. Not that I'm into riding in the rain but occasionally I do get caught in it. The Metzlers I have now are not very rain friendly but these Kenda tires are perfect on dry and wet surfaces. I cannot wait to get them mounted on my VTX 1300S! I "can" speak highly of them now though since I've installed a pair of Kenda Tires on my Vmax. Lots of traction with them and they are long wearing too with great grip on cornering. Update: been riding on these tires mow for over 1000 miles and like my Vmax, they handle great on dry or wet pavement. The dealers like these tires because of the amount of tread and pattern on them and they don't take any more or less weights when balancing if the Tech is skilled and experienced. As far as price vs a cheap tire? Big tire Companies advertise and whondo they pass the cost to? You! So, if you think paying more for a name brand tire is netter just remember the costbof advertising. These are great tires and more people should try them out for quality, longevity, price, and performance. I'm going to try a set of Kenda AT tires on my FJ when needed in the future. I highly recommend this tire for your bike. ... show more

  • Bought for my1996 Honda magna 750, cruiser.
Size: 120/90H-17 (Front)
Put on my1996 Honda magna 750, cruiser. Did go up on size as they didn't have my size in stock, example(100/80 to 100/90),fit perfectly, looked amazing, little cheaper too!. Any thing more want fit. Importantly, they grip, and great over all performance rain or shine! I've rode in wet conditions with no issues, they really are as advertised. Great grip, stability, and handling in sharp curves and high speeds. Basically, great all around tires for a cruiser, and great quality! I would definitely recommended, and happily suggest to a friend or fellow rider needing new tires! Fyi: It definitely good to buy the same or similar pattern and style of tire for the front an rear tire for best ride, etc. Also you can't put a rear tire on front an vice versa. Most say rear tire or front tire. ... show more

Size: 130/90H-16 (Front)
Ok I got the rear tire and have about 1500 miles on it.I had Dunlaps on the bike.came on it. 04 vstar 1100 classic before.made a difference in handling when I put the rear kruz on.the tar snakes were a pain the bike would wiggle if I drove on top if one.that took a lot of that away.tire still looks new wear is great.now about 800 miles ago I got a kruz for the front what a difference with both kruz on my bike. Tar snakes what tar snakes don't know there even there. When I had Dunlap on the bike not that I do this but I would take my hands off the bars just to check the balance.I would have to shift my weight to keep bike straight but now I have both kruz on I lift my hands off of bars and its like the bike is in autopilot no movement at all from the bike or me. So as far as my opinion for my bike my driving I highly recommend them. Cost is great also. ... show more

  • Great deal!
Size: 170/80H-15 (Rear)
I put this on the back of my 2005 Yamaha V Star 650 about a month ago. This is a daily driver, plus weekend rides with kids and I've already put about 2k miles on the tire with no signs of wear. The silicone that comes on most new tires wore off quickly and I have great traction on both wet and dry roads. I'll need a new from tire in the next month or so and will definitely be buying Kendra again. The secret is out. I'm telling all of my friends what a great tire at a great price this is. ... show more

  • The best tire you can buy. And it's cheap. Rubber so hard, I got a flat and didn't even notice... 3 times!
Size: 140/90H16 (Rear)
I've used these on multiple motorcycles for about 10 years. Since I discovered them, I've never bought anything else. Except once I thought I'd try a Metzler Marathon just to see if a more expensive tire would outperform this one. That lasted barely more than half what the K673s do. This is the highest mileage tire I've found (lasts 9,000 miles on the back of my Goldwing, much longer on lighter bikes). It's on the lower end for price. Rolls smoothly without vibration, and the rubber is so hard, they actually work pretty well without being inflated! Seriously, I've gotten flats that I didn't even notice for days. This has happened multiple times on multiple bikes. I'd find myself thinking "my bike is handling a little differently" while I was halfway through my 20 mile commute. By the time I got home or to work, I'd forget anything was wrong. 3 or 4 days later (still riding the bike each day), I'd remember to check the tires and find one had zero psi. A little embarrassing, but the tires don't seem to notice much. That's pretty good peace of mind for me. Not that I recommend running them without air, but it isn't likely to leave you stranded either. Don't tell Kenda, but I would probably pay twice as much for these. The best motorcycle tire I've ever used. I've been riding for almost 25 years and in that time have put twice as many miles on motorcycles as I have in cars or trucks, including multiple road trips as far as 9,000 miles in 3 weeks. ... show more
