This lamp is perfect! I have it next to my kitchen sink for decor. Let’s off perfect lighting at night for a warm touch. The shade is white, not beige, which is perfect for me as my kitchen is white. Will be ordering another one for a different spot in the house. Highly recommend! Update, Ordered a 2nd one…. I’m having trouble with the bulb. When fully charged, the bulb isn’t as bright as the first lamp I purchased. Even fully charged, the bulb goes dim quickly. Have to charge after each use. The first lamp charge last several days. These lamps are beautiful and the PERFECT size for my kitchen counter under the cabinets. I love them so much I purchased more for my bathroom counters to add an ambiance. LOVE them— beautiful, easy to put together, dimmable…. However I’ve had them a few days and have already had to recharge them a few times which is frustrating considering I don’t use them even every day. Battery life is not ideal, would love to know if there’s a solution for that as I now have 5 of these. Lol ... show more

    • Nice, but two errors in the description you may want to know about

I bought the two-in-a-box pair of lamps. They look very nice and I am satisfied for the reasonable price (although they are currently ten bucks cheaper than when I bought them a couple weeks ago. Rats!). HOWEVER, there are TWO ERRORS in the sales-offer description you may want to be aware of -- First, the offer clearly states that the lamps include the option of selecting the among THREE types of light tint - "warm," "warm white" and "white." In fact, both of the lamps I received have one only ONE option - warm white, even labeled 2700K on the front page of the accompanying instruction manual, which mentions nothing about the other options. That is not a problem for me as that's the traditional look I prefer. Second, the sales offer states in two places that the shades are BEIGE. They are not. They are WHITE. That would have been a deal-breaker for me had they been listed as such. But I fixed the problem by dipping the shades in a pan of strongly brewed tea then shaking them out and letting them dry. Worked perfectly to give me a warm, subtler beige color like I had thought I had purchased and what was described and pictured in the offer. The quality of the lamp shade is not high-end but is acceptable considering price. The dimmer is indeed "infinite" as is described, not limited to three choices of low/medium/high. The lamp can dim down to very low, and can go up to much brighter than I had expected. I will be running these medium to low for my application. The finish is handsome - more vintage brass than what I would call "bronze. The pictures in the sales offer show the finish accurately. They lamps coordinate just fine with the real brass lamps in my living area. Out of the box, the lamps are charged enough to turn on. But you should probably charge them up fully - until the charge-light turns green - before putting them into use. The instructions recommend not letting them run down until they are off to conserve battery strength (like other battery lamps I've purchased). Overall I'm happy with these now that I corrected the shade color. ... show more
