These lights are easy to assemble. They stay charged a long time and they let out a lot of nice light. I got the ones with the shades very pretty and elegant. My daughter is an event planner and loves them. I bought them for a party to put on cocktail tables.

Really impressed with the quality of the lamps and like that they are chargeable so you can move them around as needed. Worth the price paid. Just hope the chargeable battery isn't like my Apple phone and stops holding a charge after so many years :)

I purchased 2 of these lamps. They are quite small so they are for decorative purposes, not as reading lamps. I placed them in front of small windows & they look great. They are battery operated (& rechargeable) which means no cords or outlets which might be the best feature. I got this lamp for my bathroom so I didnt have a cord stretching across the counter. It is so sleek & sexy. But the battery life is short. It I leave the lamp on for a night or 2 it needs to be charged. It’s not hard to charge just thought the battery life would last longer. Other than that I love It ... show more

    • Nice, but two errors in the description you may want to know about

I bought the two-in-a-box pair of lamps. They look very nice and I am satisfied for the reasonable price (although they are currently ten bucks cheaper than when I bought them a couple weeks ago. Rats!). HOWEVER, there are TWO ERRORS in the sales-offer description you may want to be aware of -- First, the offer clearly states that the lamps include the option of selecting the among THREE types of light tint - "warm," "warm white" and "white." In fact, both of the lamps I received have one only ONE option - warm white, even labeled 2700K on the front page of the accompanying instruction manual, which mentions nothing about the other options. That is not a problem for me as that's the traditional look I prefer. Second, the sales offer states in two places that the shades are BEIGE. They are not. They are WHITE. That would have been a deal-breaker for me had they been listed as such. But I fixed the problem by dipping the shades in a pan of strongly brewed tea then shaking them out and letting them dry. Worked perfectly to give me a warm, subtler beige color like I had thought I had purchased and what was described and pictured in the offer. The quality of the lamp shade is not high-end but is acceptable considering price. The dimmer is indeed "infinite" as is described, not limited to three choices of low/medium/high. The lamp can dim down to very low, and can go up to much brighter than I had expected. I will be running these medium to low for my application. The finish is handsome - more vintage brass than what I would call "bronze. The pictures in the sales offer show the finish accurately. They lamps coordinate just fine with the real brass lamps in my living area. Out of the box, the lamps are charged enough to turn on. But you should probably charge them up fully - until the charge-light turns green - before putting them into use. The instructions recommend not letting them run down until they are off to conserve battery strength (like other battery lamps I've purchased). Overall I'm happy with these now that I corrected the shade color. ... show more
