PLUS : the fabric is light which makes it a lot easier to install. It appears reflective to reduce solar damage. For our Premier 26 foot I bought mine the next size up to make sure it was long enough to cover my tanks, batteries and hitch. There are LOTS of straps. MINUSES: There are LOTS of straps. There are no instructions in the package so you kinda have to figure out which strap goes where. If you go to the web site or YouTube you can find instructions. Look for the "Buel" strap which is 30 feet longer than needed. BTW "Buel" is really the "Blue" strap. The drain protectors are little Styrofoam marshmallows - each comes with a little bag with a velcro strap. We could not make the little bags fit on the four RV roof drains, so I cut a slice in the center and pushed them on to the drain spouts. OVERALL: I think it will work out well for us. Plus we have several left over "bags" for additional storage. What?? If things were simple all of the time it would take all the wonder and challenge out of life. ... show more

Nice cover, but one of the buckles to the back end of the trailer arrived cracked. A little bright for our driveway, but it works. I would have returned it but too hard to get it back into the bag.

We have gone back-and-forth the last two years, whether or not to buy a cover. This year we did Bought the KAYME 300D Oxford cover on Amazon for $189. We have it on our Forest River Flagstaff Microlite 22FBS. We bought the ‘Fits 22-24’ foot cover as that allowed it to go over the rear spare tire, though technically we could have used the 20-22 cover, since the max length. From bumper to front was under 22’. We are in Arizona and am just hoping that the cover will survive this summer and next summer to help keep dust to a minimum and keep the roof from degrading in the sunlight, and to help with the wax finish. Previously, I would wax the RV in May and by July 30 the front which is facing the south sun was in need of another coat. we shall see how it holds up in the monsoons but so far so good. With any luck the $189 price saves me from paying for covered storage at $190/month. It took one hour to put on. Used noodles over the rain gutters and wi-go ranger antennas ... show more

Installed this cover in early April and the pictures are from the second week of June. Cover went on well and went through the first couple rain storms well but apparently some parts are not properly UV treated and completely disintegrated in a short time. I was a little skeptical but how thin this cover was but tested it with a garden hose when I installed it and it seemed to shed water as well as the old cover I had used. This cover may have its uses inside a facility or storage shed but I can't recommend it for outside use. The straps that came with it completely disintegrated and the cover itself is showing extreme signs of wear. The last cover I used lasted 4 years and I'm a little disappointed at how quickly this one broke. ... show more

    • Cover is nice, but straps didn’t last 90 days and Amazon/Kayme don’t back the product.
The media could not be loaded. Straps disintegrated in 90 days. I immediately called Amazon customer service and after an hour on the phone was given two options. I could either call Kayme myself and try to get them to send/sell me another strap, or I could take the whole cover off, package it up and send it back for a refund. I was told by the Amazon CS supervisor that it was past the 90 days and therefore not eligible for return, but they would “make an exception” and let me do all the work of returning it, for only a $40 restocking fee! When I balked at this, he came back and agreed to a full refund, but by then my husband said he wasn’t going to go through the whole hassle of removing and packaging the whole cover (which we actually like) because the manufacturer wouldn’t send us simple strap. BTW, just try to find a number or website for Kayme. All you can find are retailers that carry the products, or a clothing company in Japan by the same name. So don’t believe a CS agent who tells you that you can just contact the manufacturer and get a new strap. You can’t. “Kayme” is a DBA for - guess what? - a Chinese company! They use the Anglo name to trick people into buying a Chinese product and it is important to note that Amazon never backs their Chinese products. I have had several problems and each time I was told by Amazon that they have no control over their third party vendors. I try avoid obvious Chinese vendors because of this, but I got tricked this time. In the end, we are screwed and must figure out how to replace the straps ourselves.
