Speaks for itself. Just dont get it wet and put it away without drying it. It will not last long... Also, BEFORE IT RAINS WHILE YOU ARE USING IT put some fabric paint and/or a piece of duct tape just beyond where the webbing tucks into your car door. Gravity and the wicking properties of the nylon webbing will potentially allow water into your car. ... show more

My wife and I love to take our kayaks out and we recently got a couple paddle boards so that we can go out with the kids. I have kayak racks for my wife’s vehicle but I don’t have any for mine plus I drive a car so it’s not really an option to get rails like I have for her. I’m tired of paying someone else to pick us up at the bottom of a river so I got these so I can park my car at the drop point. These work great. Of course it’s all on how you secure your kayaks as to how well they will stay. As long as these are placed in the right spot and you strap them down correctly you won’t have an issue. If your looking for an affordable way to haul your yaks or if you don’t have the option for rails then this is a great choice. I would definitely recommend. ... show more

One of the straps connected to the roof pad frayed and completely snapped while driving. If I was on the highway my surfboard would have hit the car behind me near 70mph.
