Easy enough to assemble (I had a previous set that I gave away..still in excellent condition). Very sturdy and fits my apartment color scheme. The shorter legs are not easy to put on (screws don't align with the holes properly but its ok). Really a great buy.

    • Poor quality control
Chairs showed up with surface rust on some places. The biggest issue we had while putting them together was due to the poor, or lack of, quality control. The backs of the chairs did not line up with the screw holes on the seat. I had to hone out the sides of the screw slots in order to get them to line up. If I did not have power tools, and a little knowledge of fabrication, we would not have been able to assemble them. Once assembled, it became abundantly clear that these chairs are not meant to actually be sat in. I am sure that with even the slightest amount of force applied to the back, the backs will break off. I have no intention of leaning back on two legs like a school child, but I should be able to rest my back on the afore named back rest. ... show more

The chairs look good but we can’t use them. Half the holes are too big for the screws. Until I get a response from the company about some replacement parts we just get to admire them. I’m not real pleased but I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Update: I have emailed company twice. No response. Had to buy screws because I didn't want to disassemble and repackage. These are a gamble with quality. Don't count on a response from anyone. They only have an email and I think that's for looks. Hope these hold up. ... show more

The package arrived quickly and in good shape, they had to be assembled, which took about an hour for both. I bought them to use at my work bench in the garage, they offer 2- height legs so using the taller leg option (included) give me the right height for my bench. Style on this item is beautiful. But putting it together is tough holes don't lign up well. And the chair is so light no weight to it. Pretty but not sturdy. Andthe seats are snall.
