500/100 (5 Stars PLUS!) Where to begin. Well, it's HUGE. It is reminiscent of an old Fender tube amp I had in the 70's size wise. It has an integral strap as well as a handle to carry it. It's not a little portable . . . First thing to be aware of is . . . NO POWER NEEDED! It's got an internal battery and charging setup. Recharge is as easy as plugging in the charger and plugging it lead into the well marked power input plug. The two included mics also come with rechargeable batteries and are recharged via USB C. I also was blow away as soon as I turned it on. The light show is amazing! It put me in mind of the old juke boxes back in the day. The unit has an attached "tablet" that swings around and folds into the back of the unit for storage and protection . . . pull it up, spin itt around, turn on the unit, and it boots up into it's proprietary software. Ready to play from it's own sources (USB, TF Card, etc) OR from internet sources (after connecting it to your network). So, pull up karaoke videos on YouTube and start singing! OR, download them to a TF Card or USB drive and you don't need an internet connection. It plays enough of the "usual" modern file formats that I haven't had a problem playing anything . . . including movies! Now . . . it ALSO has an input jack for a wired external mic, AND a GUITAR! (Instrument) I'm telling you, this is a beast and ANYONE would be happy with this. In fact, I would have loved this in the way before time! I can't imagine a teen or young adult that would love this. . . . especially around the high school or college age! Add all of the above with sound effects, mic effects, good audio controls for treble, bass, mic volume, output volume, etc. and it's a comprehensive entertainment solution. We cranked it up the other night and played with it a while. It was MORE than able to fill the room with BOOMING sound. More than enough for a party . . . and that was in "Inside Mode". Ultimately, is it worth the price? Choke it down and pony up . . . ABSOLUTELY! The "SINGMOOD Karaoke Machine" is a very good karaoke machine, but not great. It has everything necessary to get your karaoke party going. The 16" tablet runs Android 12. It has 64 GB storage and can be expanded with microSD and USB drive. You can install your favorite Karaoke apps from the Google play store. However, the tablet is not very responsive to the touch. The sound quality is not as good as my Harmon AVR-1700. What I liked is the convenience this machine offered. I am sure that I can buy a tablet with much better performance and a better sound system with about the same amount of money. But it won't be as easy as using this machine, each time I will have to connect the tablet with the sound system, as well as the microphone. This machine seems to work very well with the Karaoke apps. There is no apparent mic delay when recording so no adjustment is needed. ... show more

I have 4 daughters with a few of them being teenagers and they all think they are the next Taylor Swift so this has been a big hit in our house. I let them set it up and connect it to the Internet and they have had hours of fun using it. The screen is bright and clear and very easy to navigate and even comes with a remote although it is a bit touchy with the angle of direction you point it for it to pickup the remote. It comes with two microphones and my kids also added a third hardwired one that we have used with another speaker they would use in the last when they wanted to sing Karaoke. The sound is loud yet clear and the LED light effects are also very cool that the kids and their friends really enjoy. It is portable and easy to pickup and go with a decent battery for portable fun. ... show more

Full disclosure, I LOVE this karaoke machine. But the reason that I am giving it 4/5 stars is because I truly feel that one of its key draw - the tablet, is its weakest features. The tablet runs on Android, which is great because it gives you the freedom to add apps either through the Google play store or through APKs. The problem lies in its computing power - it's slower than most mainstream tablets, and a tad unresponsive. It runs Youtube fine (make sure to update the app or you'll be stuck loading a video forever), but it's the navigation that feels sluggish. You can combat this by downloading your own karaoke videos onto a thumb drive and playing your videos through its video app, which seems to work much better, and faster. It's mediocre, which I believe really holds it back! The other key note is that it doesn't support HDMI in...this means you can't run use the tablet as a monitor to run your own media player, which would completely change up my rating. Being able to run a much faster device and just have the tablet as the display would make this perfect, as then I could run my Nvidia shield or another Android player, and get nice clean crisp navigation. But it is what it is. Now, everything else about it is incredible. Even the way that the tablet folds back behind the machine! All of the buttons on the device are responsive and works well. the multitude of connections do make this device shine, as you can connect via Bluetooth, although you wouldn't be able to get the video display through this way. The volume is quite loud too! But...the bass is a bit lacking, even when cranked up to the max. Aesthetically, it's one of the most beautiful karaoke machines I've ever owned. The leather stitching around the machine really makes this stand out from your average speaker. The RGB behind the speaker grill as it to the beat, and there's even a visualizer. It's really great and if you cna get over the slower tablet and weak bass, you'll absolutely love this thing. ... show more
